Location: Location perfect for Freedom Trail and great food! Warf close for siteseeing.
Hotel was close to Freedom Trail and great restaurants and front desk staff was awesome! We ask them for advice on restaurants, and they were spot on! They were terrific with directions for shuttles and virtually any where we wanted to go. I would highly recommend!!

This hotel used to be a Fairmont. Service is definitly not the same. They hace no idea how to solve problems. I would not recommend this hotel in Boston.

FIRST CLASS!Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: The staff, the location, the food, the upscale room were all perfect!
Location: It was on the harbor and walking distance to everything that we enjoy, restaurants, aquarium, Quincy Plaza and harbor. Full day walking!
I took a chance and booked without knowing the name and was pleasantly surprised with the first class service from arrival to departure. Expedia was spot on with location. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent from breakfast to dinner to room service. We were extremely satisfied!

Excellent Location; Beautiful HotelPosted Jul 30, 2015
We spent a night in Boston - flying in from Chicago, before heading off to a week in Cape Cod. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Battery Wharf! The staff was exceptionally attentive, the rooms magnificent and the location outstanding. We were an easy walk to dinner in Little Italy. Can't wait to stay here the next time!

Close to aquariumPosted Jul 29, 2015
I picked this hotel for proximity to aquarium for early whale watch tour. Took valet service 35 minutes to retrieve our car; that was disappointing considering $49 charge to valet with no other parking choice. Room was nothing more special than anywhere else. The hotel restaurant was FABULOUS.

Best Hotel Experience EverPosted Jul 27, 2015
Location: Waterfront, North End, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, Aquarium, Freedom Trail, Haymarket
We recently took my stepdaughter on a family trip to Boston to celebrate her 12th birthday. We booked through Expedia. When we checked in, the front desk attendant asked us about our trip and my wife mentioned in passing our daughter's birthday. Without even asking or expecting any sort of upgrade, the front desk attendant upgraded us to the Esther Forbes Suite. This suite, which is located on the first floor at the very end of one of the four buildings, was absolutely amazing. It had it's own living room, kitchenette/conference room, two bathrooms, and a private veranda with a perfect view of the Boston Harbor. Our stay at the Battery Wharf Hotel was the highlight of our trip, and the exceptional staff made our stay the best hotel experience we have ever had. The facilities and staff were first-class. The location is breathtaking and close to just about everything that you would want to experience while in Boston (the Waterfront, the North End, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, the Aquarium, etc.). From now on, this hotel will be our first and ONLY choice whenever we travel to Boston.

Lovely hotel in a great locationPosted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: The location was great. The rooms were clean and room temperature was very comfortable. The hotel and rooms were well maintained. Staff was helpful.
Cons: I would have liked access to ice machines.
Location: Just a block from Little Italy and many Italian restaurants, close to Fanuel Hall, Historic sites, and and Boston cruises and trolley tours.
Lovely hotel right on the water, just a few blocks from Fanuel Hall Market Place and a Block east of Little Italy. The Rooms were clean, well appointed and hotel staff was very helpful when needed.

I wanted to stay in the harbor area.Posted Jul 25, 2015
I picked a hotel that was close to the historical area. My wife and I did an on/off trolley tour. Boston was wonderful. I will come back there again.

HelpfulPosted Jul 20, 2015
Cons: I would have like a room with 2 double beds
Location: The hotel is a little bit away from downtown but we walked the 10 to 15 minutes.
The desk staff were very helpful with recommendations for sites and dining. The valet were wonderful, they removed a piece of asphalt stuck in our brakes that we picked up going thru Boston road construction.
