Beautiful hotel.

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: The location, we were walking distance to the city and of course the beautiful bay view.
Cons: I had the impression the hotel didn't have a restaurant to serve breakfast, I didn't see any signage to that regard.
Location: Lots of Italian restaurants nearby, walking distance to the historic city.
The hotel and location was beautiful, the view was breathtaking. I had a beautiful view of the dock. The only flaw was upon checking in, they had us arriving four days later. I don't know if the error was caused by Expedia or the hotel. I felt a little uncomfortable but they fixed the error and accommodated us in the beautiful room I mentioned prior.

Everything first rate. Only glitch was it took an hour to get my car from valet the morning I left which made my flight tight. I will come back in a heartbeat. Two blocks from best restaurants in the city North End.

Great location in North End

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Our hotel room was a good size. With extreme weather, we spent more time in our room than usual and found it quite comfortable for relaxing.
Cons: The one downside we found was the higher prices at the hotel restaurant, and small selection on the menu.
Location: This hotel is located a short taxi ride, and an easy walk as well, to TD Gardens. The North End's many restaurants are just around the corner.
The hotel staff was very accommodating, even though the city was experiencing severe winter weather. They assisted us to find transportation to TD Gardens, Boston Common and the airport, when transit was shut down. We found the room very clean and comfortable, with staff accommodating our late morning schedule without issue. The one incident we had was with the smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night, the staff was very quick to resolve the issue, and apologetic, providing a discount in compensation.

From the receptionist, hosts, to the service in general, the restaurants hosts, bartenders, chef, Kiehn one of the restaurants host made a huge effort and deal to serve us w the best service ever Even though we were an hour behind, they made our valentines night out one of the best due to all the amazing service and great personality. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and I always Loved Aragosta, which my experience w the staff at this stay was the best one ever. Great service, very well trained and polite staff. I love it all.

Location: You name it, it's nearby especially food food food
Right near the North End. On the water. We have stayed there before, when it was the Fairmount. It's beautiful the staff is excellent. We stay at the Executive level which has its own concierge, breakfast, hors d'oeuves before dinner time and dessert at 9 pm. Coffee, tea, soda, beer and wine all day. Really can't ask for much more. Thanks to the freakin' weatha, we had to leave early.
