A) This facility was wildly over-priced, given its spartan accommodations. B) There were MANY drain flies (Clogmia albipunctata) coming out of the bathtub drain. We finally had to put a wet paper towel over the drain to stop the infestation.

This is a no nonsense hotel, but it is clean, the rooms surprisingly spacious and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We had multiple rooms to accommodate a wedding party and there was a dining area off the lobby where we could congregate and have breakfast each morning. This hotel would be a great place to stay if you are going to Gillette or have things to do in the area. I would absolutely return again!

We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but were asked to wait because the maid wasn’t done with our room. We checked in at 3:30 and due to the high humidity in Massachusetts, we immediately turned on the air conditioning. it sounded like it loud boat motor. We called the front desk at 4 o’clock because it said the AC could take 15 minutes to warm up. After calling the front desk every 30 to 45 minutes afterwards and getting no results, my irate husband had to keep going to the front desk. We finally got a technician here at 8:40. He removed the whole unit and I believe he fixed the fan and was gone 10 minutes and then it worked perfectly….. but the fact that it took five hours of listening to a motorboat in our hotel room was ridiculous, and the front desk was not given any authority to make the situation better. I still hear the 5 hours of noise in my head. Could not move us to another room because they were booked and offered no compensation. We came all the way from Colorado for one night here to see our Patriots…..so disappointing!

This is a nice place to stay. The bathroom toilet was not clean. There was a dirt ring inside the toilet. My top blanket looked like it was washed but there was an old blood stain on blanket. I took it off the bed. The staff is friendly. Check in was fast and easy.

The website has chosen my review. I can honestly say it was terrible. I won’t use this site again. We paid in advance for a room & when we came to get into our room the manager said we have no reservations. We have an email that contradicts their accusations. There was a Billy Joel concert going on at the same time& I guess they chose to give our room to someone who would pay 4xs that amt.

Motel quality for the price of a nice hotel
The first room I received had a very heavy smoke smell. The staff was very friendly and upgraded me to a higher level room. It was large, clean and had no smell. However, several things made the stay very uncomfortable. The comforter on the bed is super thin so I was very cold at night. The pillow are comfortable. The hallway had strong marijuana smell. There pretty much no sound insulation, so could hear everything from the conversations in the hallway to the AC units and the highway outside the window. Most comfort problems were due to the noise. Also, I paid hotels.com $309+tax (about $350 total) for one night and people who walked in from the street were quoted $250. Either price was not worth the quality of this property

Just some minor issues, nothing huge.
Check in was easy, staff was great and although the room was very nice, it hadnt been cleaned well in a while (soap scum in the shower for example). The entire hallway smelled of smoke but it WAS a concert weekend 😀.

Right off the highway 40 mins or so from Boston, 5-10 min drive from stadium. Staff was great honestly nothing to complain about, if you’re looking for some where clean to rest and call home for a couple days stay here. I’m not a bot I just like to leave honest reviews of places since I actually read reviews before I book so yeah book here. Oh and Go Bills!!

Very friendly staff, easy check in and clean facility and room. Breakfast had a really good selection, food was hot and good as well. Only issue was that we had a “neighbour” beside us who kept slamming their door at random intervals throughout the night rather constantly. But the overall experience with the hotel itself was great. Would recommend.
