“A Real Find”

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Boston and it was a fraction of the price of other hotels I checked in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The business centre was free, so it was easy to check emails and print off my boarding pass. Though the hotel seemed to have plenty of guests, I found it very peaceful and quiet. The rooms could do with a little upgrading, but if that means hiking the price, I'll take it as it is!

This is a great hotel! It's very convenient to the T, downtown, and close to many restaurants and shops. The free continental breakfast is great! It was always fresh and a great way to start the day. The rooms are quaint and have everything that you need for a comfortable the stay. The bathroom in the room is a tad small and dated, but it was clean and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel and come back again.

Conveniently located, the John Hancock Hotel and Conference Center is a great value. The Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room, though not fancy, was clean and more than adequate. The amenities like free WIFI, newspaper, and breakfast are great too.

The John Hancock Hotel is a great choice for travelers on a budget. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is located 2 blocks from Copley Square with easy access to the subway. We were able to walk to most attractions including the Public Gardens, Freedom trail, Children's museum, Duck tours, and Cheers from the hotel. A nice contiental breakfast was served daily. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a little out of date and could use a remodel... but, for the price, it was wonderful!

Extremely nice and helpful staff. They even helped me with a variety of menus to order in dinner one night. Great location. Boston is a very walkable city. I was very happy to find that I was less than a block away from my convention site, for less than half of the convention hotel price.

“Good value and service”

This hotel was a great find in Boston. The rates were very reasonable but it had all we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located right at a T stop, the front desk people were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping people were competent and attentive. It was an older hotel with small rooms and not a lot of frills, but great value for the traveler looking for a good clean spot to rest while enjoying the city.

Great! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and neat. It isn't some amazing leisure hotel, just plain and simple for business. Right next to parking garage, and they even validate part of your parking! Right downtown Boston and easy walking to mall and restaurants.

“A Diamond in the Rough”

Great place to stay...great rooms. Incredible price for a room in Boston! Found the deal on Expedia and was not let down at all. Great!
