“Boston's best hotel”

I spent the recent weekend at the Boston Harbor hotel and can honestly say that it was the best hotel experience that I have had in the United States. The room, staff, and location are fantastic

“One of the finest hotels and most accomodating staffs”

My wife, six-year-old daughter and myself could not have been more pleased with our choice of the Boston Harbor Hotel. Excellent location, first rate facilities and perhaps most of all a very, very gracious staff.

“First Rate Hotel!”

First rate, well worth the expense. Hotel is situated on the harbor in a great location, within walking distance to many sites. Staff is very courteous and pleasant, especially the concierge staff who went out of their way to make reservations and suggestions about activities and sites to visit. Hotel amenities are abundant (the umbrella came in handy during our stay); the pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of sightseeing. And the cookies and milk at night were an added treat. Only suggestion is in room coffee/tea. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly return on another visit to Boston!E

“Excellent Hotel and Staff”

The hotel and staff exceeded all our expectations for our four night stay. If and when I return to Boston I will gladly stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. The staff was exceptionally personable and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The room and the harbor view were beautiful. This is definitely a five star hotel at its best.

“Best hotel”

Would give this hotel more stars if we could. Perfect location for tourists, very close to all Boston's action. Staff was amazing, especially concierge. Rooms were very nice, and they made our Anniversary even more special.

“Stupendous Service and good location!!”

Along with being a lovely hotel, the service was terrific and everyone was very kind. Luxurious and still very down to earth. Ample staff available. Two concierge were available whenever I went to the lobby. The hostess remembered my name as I left the dining room . The lemon pancakes are to die for. Just a short walk to North End, Fauneil Hall and Freedom Trail.

“a great stay”

Only downside was a lack of a coffee shop. For afternoon tea at 4pm it must be taken in the restaurant. Too formal. Superb harbour views.
