Beautiful place, construction nearby.Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Lobby, views, close to T.
Cons: The A/C regulation in the room. The pull-out couch mattress.
Location: Close to T, pleasant neighborhood.
Our hotel room had a great feel to it, pleasant decor, great view of the garden next door. It was quiet, has a Starbucks on the main level and right beside the T. Only thing is, we tried to avoid the extra $5 by not doing Valet parking, but did stop to ask them where to park (we had just passed it), then ended up leaving the front of the hotel, got funneled into a traffic jam due to construction on the bridge and ended up lost in downtown traffic for an hour (our fault, but the Valet could have warned us and given us the best directions to get back to the Parking). I would just get the Valet parking next time. We also had 4 of us in a room and the pullout-couch was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning too cold in 1/2 the room, but hot in the other 1/2.

Very nice hotel.Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Location: MIT is across the street, Harvard is close. Galleria mall is a half mile away. Boston is across the Charles river, downtown about two miles.
Friendly staff, great location. I felt very comfortable staying here. The hotel is in Cambridge but is an easy 2 mile walk to downtown Boston, or the "T" train to town is right outside the hotel. Also the Boston tour trolleys have their stops right outside the door. Overall great value for price, cleanliness and location.

Cambridge, BostonPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: It was just outside of the congestion of the city, but easy and close enough to take the T or walk into.
Cons: Sell Coke products
Location: Fenway, Sam Adams Tour, Duck Tour, Cambridge, Good Food, Foley's
Able to walk to Fenway park from the hotel and easy access to the T, to get to many of the city's attractions.

Birthday in Historical BostonPosted Jul 4, 2015
Hotel is in Cambridge across the river, offering a reasonab value. However, it has subway access directly in front of it. Easy T access to anywhere in Boston. It has a 4th floor garden, pool & gym. It also hosts a Starbucks in the lobby. The view was spectacular with floor to ceiling windows. The staff was marvelous even sending us a snack tray with a card acknowledging my son's birthday. This was a memorable and historical trip. Take advantage!

Close to subway and easy access to all of Boston.Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: So very easy to get on the subway and get into downtown Boston.
We walked out of our hotel and the subway stations were right there. We could navagiate Boston with so much ease. Everyone at the hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott.
