Wait 'till the elevators are working well

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Over 10 minutes to get to / from the lobby to 33rd floor. The elevators are "being upgraded", so you'll spend lots of time getting to and from your room.

Nice, but Boston is not cheap

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Very clean room - everything worked like it was supposed to.
Location: Visit MIT
Loved the hotel, but still in sticker shock over the price. That said, any other reasonably decent hotel in the Boston area was in the same (or higher) price range, so it the shock may be more a factor of me not traveling to large cities recently instead of the hotel itself.

Cons: How to operate the TV.
The TV needs instructions to operate it ! Other than this, it was very nice.

good! very good! The placement is very nice! There are a lot of faculties which contain cafe, stores, and most important thing is that nearby the underground station, which means you can go almost anywhere of Boston! That is wonderful!

Cons: yes way over priced to valet park your car . parking should be free as you are staying there
I told valet parking that I was coming back, but when I did valet parking was full , had to self park in garage .

Expensive but close to everything

Posted Oct 26, 2014
Attached to the Pru Center and Copley Place shopping. Two minute walk to Newbury St and the Boston Common. Pricey but comparable to the hotels in the city.

Mediocre stay

Posted Oct 26, 2014
Pros: Facilities
Cons: Staff attitude and clarity.
Location: Good location
Staff was not friendly. Told me my package would be at the front desk in the morning when I was leaving for a meeting and it wasn't. Was still with FedEx

Dear Verified Traveler, Thank you for taking the time to complete the Marriott Survey thru Social Media, I would like to apologize for the less than satisfactory experience you recently had at our hotel. Your comments have been shared with our front desk staff and FedEx. It is very disheartening to hear that we have failed to meet your expectations. We take our customers feedback very seriously! Our ultimate goal is to “make it brilliant” for every customer of the Boston Copley Marriott. We will definitely use this as an opportunity to improve our service for the future. Once again, Thank you for your feedback. Rowena Kaba Director of Service

Good location. Dirty room.

The room was dirty and we paid over $1000 for a 2 night stay. Staff had an attitude because we booked through expedia.

The curtains are large for black out but no one cleans behind them. I moved them to look for something my grandson dropped and it was disgustingly dusty.
