Pros: Locarion
Location: Shop, eat, tour
I stays here but attended a confernce at the Sheraton. I was ready for the cold weather but, I did not have to go outside. The Marriott is connected to the Sheraton via a pedestrian indoor overpass which goes by many shopping stores, etc. a great place to stay in any weather

Wait 'till the elevators are working well

Over 10 minutes to get to / from the lobby to 33rd floor. The elevators are "being upgraded", so you'll spend lots of time getting to and from your room.

Nice, but Boston is not cheap

Pros: Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Very clean room - everything worked like it was supposed to.
Location: Visit MIT
Loved the hotel, but still in sticker shock over the price. That said, any other reasonably decent hotel in the Boston area was in the same (or higher) price range, so it the shock may be more a factor of me not traveling to large cities recently instead of the hotel itself.

Pros: the staff is good
Cons: some refresh will be good
I can for business, and I was not able to connect to the internet from my room, if I wanted the internet in the room I had to pay an extra charge !!!! thank you

good! very good! The placement is very nice! There are a lot of faculties which contain cafe, stores, and most important thing is that nearby the underground station, which means you can go almost anywhere of Boston! That is wonderful!

Cons: yes way over priced to valet park your car . parking should be free as you are staying there
I told valet parking that I was coming back, but when I did valet parking was full , had to self park in garage .

Attached to the Pru Center and Copley Place shopping. Two minute walk to Newbury St and the Boston Common. Pricey but comparable to the hotels in the city.

Pros: Facilities
Cons: Staff attitude and clarity.
Location: Good location
Staff was not friendly. Told me my package would be at the front desk in the morning when I was leaving for a meeting and it wasn't. Was still with FedEx

Good location. Dirty room.

The room was dirty and we paid over $1000 for a 2 night stay. Staff had an attitude because we booked through expedia.
