Recomendable opción a buen precio

Muy agradable hotel, muy bien ubicado y a un precio accesible. Las instalaciones muy cómodas salvo que los elevadores fallaban permanentemente.

Great Location, Lobby, Workout Facility- Old Rooms

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Location, lobby, workout facility.
Cons: Room amenities & size
Location: Right next to a green line subway stop so you have access to everything!
Location is perfect. Lobby was still a bit under construction but you could tell they were putting the finishing touches on everything and it looked great. The rooms are pretty small and lack a lot of common amenities though like accessible outlets and a mini-fridge. The workout facility is amazing though, probably the best I've ever seen at any hotel I've visited.

Business stay

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Exceptional lobby, great interactions and it appeared as if the staff really cared
Cons: elevators to slow during the rush hour traffic
Location: Walk to Copley, Starbucks, Boston Commons and Gardens, history at your fingertips.
Outside of the elevators not being up to par the staff was outstanding and the check in and out was smoth.

A five star wanna be.

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: It was a standard hotel room.
Cons: See above
Location: Downtown Boston. near transportation , symphony hall and restuarants.
Was here for a 4 day conference. Apparently the hotel is under maintenance at this time and the manager new. However, the rates advertised, $400-500 per night were not in line with the comfort and ease level offered. The elevators were unacceptably s.l.o.w. and not very clean. There were no price points for in house dinning except high. The service at breakfast was poor. However, the buffet was good to very good as was the lunch I had later at the bar. The rooms were small. The valet parking not convenient but the staff were very efficient and polite. The hotel is close to public transportation. Since I booked through a third party I did not pay the full advertised rate. However, I will probably not stay here again unless it is for a nonnegotiable. The front desk staff professional and friendly but the concierge was located off to the side, seemingly not available after 5PM and not easily noticeable..

Boston Park Plaza

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor elevators, a poor venue for the conference I was at - the display area for exhibitors was pitiful and poorly lit. Elevators took an eternity.
Location: It's in Back Bay and it's a great area.
They put me in a small room with a tiny bathroom where I couldn't even fit in the shower. It was pathetic and they were charging $300 a night for this. Next day I complained and they moved me to a much better room, but they never should have put me, or anyone else, in the first room they gave me. First impressions matter a lot.

Noise and bad smell in elevator

Posted Jun 20, 2015
I stayed here for 5 days. The location was great and near subway and bus tours. Coming from la there was a 3 hour time difference so sleeping in was problemtic. The walls are very thin and cleaning staff was quiet loud. There was smell of baby vomit in elevators the entire stay. Otherwise good stay
