Rooms are a little on the small size, even for Boston. We constantly heard loud groups of people walking the halls in the early morning hours (2-3am). Staff were very accommodating and the location couldn't be better. Price was great for a holiday weekend!

Curt staff and noisy rooms

Unfortunately I was disappointed by my stay as the staff were curt, borderline rude, when I didn't have any photo I.D on check-in. I was told in no uncertain terms that if I lost the one key they gave me then I would not be given another one. The hotel is also on the corner of two very busy roads and you can hear traffic all night. The hotel itself is in a gorgeous building and in a great location but in my opinion it is definitely not worth the money I paid.

Dirty!

Small room, super dirty our room had a bed against the wall not even a nightstand and was extremely dirty.

Center of all the action. Great location

Best is location. Serious elevator issues. Like waiting for ever to go up or down. Took the stairs multiple times.

Hotel with nice location

Pros: It was very well located, near restaurants, subway, and the park.
Cons: The room seems it needs renovation soon.
The arrival was fast and easy, great service at the lobby. Also the concierge was very helpful.

Terrible front desk

I booked for a double bed, I asked the front desk that I wanted a doubled bed not a queen bed. The front ask insist that there weren't any of that night. I asked for the next three nights and she gave me a rude attitude saying there weren't any for the rest of the WEEK! Following day, I asked another front desk and she gave me a fabulous double bed ASAP. What a lie that other front desk told me. LIES!

A lare closet rented as a standard room.

Cons: The room
The room was very small, without any redeemning factors; old mismatched furniture; a full size bed labelled as a Queen, small old bathroom. Lobby has been redone but our room appeared to have been the result of cutting a normal room in half.
