“location,location, location”
Convenient location, clean, quiet, reasonably priced. I would return without hesitation.
“Boston - Boylston St. Gem across from Boston Public Library”
Excellent service - greeted on arrival - well kept, clean, and great location. Wish I'd found this hotel a few years ago! Will definitely return...
“Nice Boutique Hotel with agreat location!”
great!
“Great value in a great location!”
This is a wonderful little hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was small in the European fashion, but very comfortable. I can't wait to go back here.
“Will go back when in Boston”
Hotel was great blocks from the common. Close shopping and the green line T was just accross the street from the hotel.
“Boutique at it's best!”
Great little hotel, with helpful staff. Set in exciting part of city and good spot to hang out after day of work. Nice lounge with monthly wine tastings...can be hard to get a pot to sit on weekends with lots of locals coming in.
“Wonderful hotel for the business traveler”
This is a terrific hotel for the business traveler! The only surprise I had was the size of the room. I had the cheapest room and it was tiny. I saw some of the upgraded rooms and the rooms were a lot larger. Even in my tiny room, it still worked well for myself. The location can't be beat!
“Tiny Treasure”
If you are trying to decide whether to stay at the Charlesmark, you can go ahead and book your reservation. The front desk staff was courteous, professional and really had their act together. The cleaning staff did a great job. Each day my room was clean and it was obvious that they did a thorough cleaning. The bartenders in the lobby were fun and friendly--if you stay here, make sure to say hi to Jefferson! The location is also fabulous, right across from the library and Copley--tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside of this hotel is that the hallways are very skinny and the rooms and bed are on the small side. But for me, it was great.
“Wonderful All around Hotel”
This hotel had everything. Breakfast in the morning and a wonderful trendy bar at night. The furnishings were all so modern I felt that I was staying at a 4 star hotel. It was wonderful.
“Great Location”
Perfect location, right in front of the copley place and the prudential center. One block away from newbury street, and couple of steps to the subway station. The rooms very small, but good enough for a pleasant stay. Strongly recommended for young couples, and people that want to have a great time because of the bar in the loby. The staff ready to help all the time, giving information about good restaurants near the hotel. Overall, excellent hotel, definitely If I visit Boston once again, I will be stayig at the Charlesmark Hotel
