great location right in the center of townPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: great staff, super clean room and not like any other hotel i've stayed in. very business friendly. wonderful experience.
Cons: the only thing was room was small (to be expected in a big city) but could have been more room between the bed and TV mounted on the wall. no big deal
Location: right near the center of town, access to subway. great walk to north end to great italian food. high recommend this hotel.
i was greeted at the door by friendly staff who guided me through easy check in process. was told about the free purified water available on each floor that you put into a provided bottle. wifi throughout the hotel. easy to get to and convenient to subway system. LOVED the place!! very modern and just down right cool.

Good hotel in central locationPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Good location for walking downtown Boston; nice beds, parking was cheap and close by, free wifi was great.
Cons: Check-in & check-out process were the worst parts of the experience; small lobby led to congestion and no staff took clear ownership of the process.
Stayed here for 2 nights in July 2014; had driven to Boston and used the self-park down the street, which was very reasonable with the hotel's discount, especially when compared to valet prices at other hotels. Found the room to be every bit as nice as higher-tier properties such as Westin, Interncontinental, etc.

Reasonable priced hotel in an excellent locationPosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: The room was small yet comfortable and had a good air conditioning system. I loved the location and found the area peaceful and quiet at night.
Cons: There was a lot of dust on my bedside table alarm clock, but otherwise the room was really nice.
Location: Freedom Trail, Italian Quarter, Waterfront, Theatre District, Boston Common. Boston South railway and subway stations are a five minute walk away.
The hotel is easy to find from Boston's South Station and is conveniently located in the heart of the financial district. You are a five minute walk from the Freedom trail and a 10/15 minute walk from the waterfront and Italian Quarter. Boston Common, the Theatre District and Newbury Street are a little further away, but still easily accessible by foot. Boston South subway and rail station is only five minutes from the hotel and provides easy access to the JFK museum (JFK UMass station) and Harvard University in Cambridge. The hotel was modern and the room had an excellent shower and bed. The price was reasonable and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Nice Hotel close to Faneuil HallPosted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Location Location Location
Location: TD Garden, City Hall, Hard Rock Cafe, Black Stone
I had a great experience on my stay. The only problem I fond was that I had a second guest and when the person went to retrieved the key the hotel staff told him that there were no key on his name. I specifically asked the receptionist if it was necessary to leave his name and she said no he could get the key under my name.

OK one-night stayPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: The hotel needs a major refresh.
Location: It's a little quiet in the financial district, but it's an easy and interesting walk to restaurants.
I was in for just a one-night stay. The hotel - particularly the sleeping rooms - was a bit dingy. But it was clean and the location was excellent. And kudos to the staff.

Fantastic locationPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Location. Water bottles on every floor. Staff.
Location: Very close to Quincy Market and the water.
Loved the location. Staff was great. The only negative was the bed was 2 twin mattresses put together as a queen so you could feel the divide in the middle of the bed. I think the cost of the room was a great deal. We would stay here again.

Good location and pleasant stay.Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Location, free water, clean room.
Cons: Customer service
Location: Location is good. There are many restaurants and attractions close by. It is a short walk to the Boston Common, Public Garden, Old State House, etc.
The room was a little small, but we didn't spend a lot of time there so it worked just fine for us. Having an automatic check-in takes the personal touch away. We were there 5 days and were never greeted when we came in. The only time we talked to an actual person was when we checked out. She offered to get us a cab which was nice, however it was an SUV that wasn't labeled as a cab and it cost us $30. We could have taken a regular cab for half that. We loved the water machine on the floor as it was very hot when we visited. We used this every time we returned to the room. The hotel was close to many of the attractions that we visited. The only suggestion would be to have your staff be more engaging and helpful as many of the guests are tourists. You expect a little better customer service when you pay that much for a hotel.

Great location.Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: I stayed in a 'club size' room, which for just myself is perfect. Not too big or too small, it's the perfect size for accommodating a tourist.
Cons: The hotel is generally very hospitable, that being said, there is one male receptionist who certainly did not go out of his way to be nice to anyone.
Location: I recommend using the Old Towne Trolley, this touring company is located at Faneuil Hall, takes tourists to every major attraction, very informative.
This hotel is in a perfect location for everything you could possibly want to do while visiting Boston. Near most train stations, and walking distance to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, the hotel is in the center of Boston.
