“Good value for the price”

We found that the hotel was very clean, beautifully maintained each day and comfortable. It was very good value for the money we paid. Dining area was well organized and had a range of foods, including cereals and hot foods, as well as drinks. Most impressed. The only downside was another guest/s who apparently decided to smoke in their bathroom, which permeated into our bathroom through the air-conditioning. We could not use our bathroom for about an hour because of the smoke stench. When we informed the Front Desk, they immediately said they would get their security people to check out the person/people responsible. We were most impressed with their response.

“Would definitely stay here again.”

The staff was very friendly and informative, very clean overall environment, great breakfast options, felt safe and secure, the shuttle drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable.

“Regular Hotel”

It has trasnportation to T and airport for free (you need to call first and reserve your sit) , the rest was regular , you get what you paid for. Good Continentakl breakfast.

“Boston Red Sox Trip”

Hotel was in a good location. Free shuttle to public transportation was easy,timely and stress free.

“Far from city center but still nice!”

We were initially skeptical about the location of our hotel, but in hindsight found the entire experience a great one. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the shuttle and the subway. It was all an adventure and we would come back to stay with you again! Thank you! I still can't say thanks enough to the front desk. They were really helpful.

“Would Not Return”

Hotel was dirty, had graffiti in the hallways, check-in was through a glass window to keep the attendant safe, subway runs directly behind, refrigerator and microwave looked like discards and the refrigerator did not work, lighting above the bathroom sink did not work, electric outlet was hanging out of the wall and there were water spots on the ceiling in the room and in the hallway that needed to be fixed. Run down and unkempt, I absolutely would not return nor recommend this hotel.

“Perfect hotel for what I needed”

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. There was on site parking and they gave free shuttles to the airport and T. The staff was knowledgeable of the area and things to do. I was also pleased with how friendly all the staff members were. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I will definitely be using this hotel the next time I stay in Boston!

“Good deal for Boston”

We needed a place to sleep and breakfast and the hotel met those needs completely. It isn't a "resort" with bowling alley, etc., -- tho that is around the corner, as is some sort of ice skating facility and a small city beach. We were told that they will drive you to the T stop (Boston metro subway service) upon request. Breakfast was a full breakfast for free. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Parking is free in their lot. A super Stop and Shop is across the street if you need anything.

“Great Value, with shuttle service!!”

This Comfort Inn is close to everything we needed during a brief stay in Boston. The rooms were clean, in good condition & comfortable. The staff were great as well. And we really appreciated being walking distance[ less than 1/2 a block ] to a nice restaurant for dinner & a wonderful candy store for dessert! The breakfast was average but free & much appriecated before catching the free shuttle to the airport. We will stay there again.
