Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was great and always on time. Make sure the staff goes over the schedule with you when you check in. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The elevators were kind of sketchy, they jumped and rattled at every stop. The breakfast was your standard free hotel breakfast, but it was free which was the best part.

This hotel is fine with great staff. However it's quite a distance from the heart of Boston. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the local train station so that service is fantastic. Our room was quite small and had a train run right past our window - so if you book ask for a room higher up and at the front if the hotel.

This hotel is next to all the major highways. It's offers a hot breakfast and other amenities. It was an enjoyable stay.

Pros: I love how they are close to the airport. GREAT shuttle service!
Cons: The hotel charge part. even if the room is prepaid, they should give out receipt when check out.

I consider myself a regular there. I stay with them almost 3 times a month, I always stay for one night. Lease early the next morning for my early flight, leaving the hotel around 5:30am. I normally just leave the keys in the room and take the shuttle or car service to the airport. This particular time, my driver was late. So I have time to check out, since I prepaid my room through expedia, I didn't get a receipt, I didn't use any service nor purchase at the hotel. Couple days later, my credit card was billed $95 for my stay. I was so mad! I called, and they have nothing good to say about it. I am rather upset about this experience.

Recently stayed here 2 nights when our flights home were canceled. Room was nicely laid out, hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent. Only issue we had was the shuttle came to pick us up at the subway stop 35 minutes late in 5 degree weather. Not super close to the airport, but a good deal for the price.

Location: Une salle de quilles qui offre des quick lunch...et de la bière! Un autre resto situé sur le bord de la marina = délicieux resto italien.
L'accueil a été agréable. Orlando a été plus que sympathique. Le service qu'il nous a donné a été très apprécié. L'espace de déjeuner est propre. La chambre propre également et les lits confortables. Les femmes de chambres ont bien fait leur travail et répondu à nos besoins. Merci et Joyeuses fêtes!
