Stayed for stay and park package

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: Park & fly package and the speedy pickup at the airport.
Cons: The front desk attendant when we returned was not terribly helpful or alert and there was a lot of confusion about what was going on.
We used their park and fly package, which worked out well for us. The hotel is about 10 min from the airport and the shuttle runs every half hour, but when you return you can call at any time for a pick up. We were picked up promptly and it only took about 5-10 min for them to get our car (some of that time was due to the valet having to clear enough of the snow off so he could drive it to the hotel). The hotel is basic, but the rooms were large, clean, and well designed. We spent very little time there other than sleeping, so we can't comment on the restaurant or food, but we were happy to have the option to grab a hot drink and a piece of fruit before our very early flight. One thing to keep in mind - the hotel is not near a T-stop and there aren't places to go out that are within walking distance of the hotel. To go out in Boston without having to drive, we took the shuttle to the airport and took the T from the airport to the Aquarium stop, where we got off for an evening in Boston. We did the opposite to get back to the hotel and found it worked just fine.

Nice hotel...parking not great

Posted Feb 25, 2015
The hotel was clean and breakfast was very good. Parking is very difficult because they have a park and fly. Even though hotel is only 6 miles from downtown, that would be 40 dollar cab ride.

Parking was non existent.

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Convenient to airport.
Cons: Parking
Location: Again, location was good for convenience to airport. Shuttle was right on time.
There was no parking available. Had to wait quite a while for a valet to take my car to an external parking lot. I do realize that all the snow Boston had did not help with the parking issue but there still was no room. They did their best.

parking

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: clean
Cons: parking
Location: airport 3miles
the problem with this stay was the parking. They allow people to park and fly. This left me twice with snow, to park so far away. unpleasant walk in snow and rain

Close to airport

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: On site restaurant was very good and the free breakfast had plenty of choices.
Cons: Indoor pool was very cold.
Need to catch an early flight at Logan. 24 hour free shuttle service that left every 1/2 hour. There were lots of airline employees staying there.

Good convenient hotel - not just for the airport.

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Good access from I-90. Great included breakfast. Complementary shuttle. Staff are very helpful. Nice attached family-friendly Mexican restaurant
Cons: The parking can be a little crowded, but we always found a spot.
Location: The airport shuttle runs regularly 24/7 and goes to the T (rapid transit) station, which provides a quick convenient ride to downtown.
This is a very convenient and reasonable hotel. It is easy to get to and from using I-90, especially for those who don't know Boston and don't want to deal with Boston traffic. Decent-sized rooms. Great access to downtown via hotel shuttle and public transit system. Not just an airport hotel but ideal for families wanting a reasonably priced visit to the Boston tourist attractions.

Close to logan

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Pros: Free hot breakfast. Margaritas Mexican on site
Cons: Parking
Location: Logan is confidently down the street a few miles
Distance to Logan is good but if you don't take a shuttle there parking is terrible. Double check your reservation before you sign anything as they checked me in under someone else and a smaller room initially because someone with the same last name was also staying that night.

Lucky refuge during a blizzard--excellent service

Posted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: The wonderful staff is always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: We would have appreciated a better choice of movies and/or TV.
Location: Not much during a blizzard, but it appears there are several excellent restaurants nearby, in particular a Thai restaurant about one mile away.
My daughter and I were lucky enough to get a room in the Comfort Inn during the recent blizzard in Boston, when all travel was banned for two days. The personnel was absolutely charming and efficient, even though they obliged to spend two nights there to help during the blizzard. Everything was fine, especially the breakfast, which was nearly our only source of food. (The restaurant in the hotel is not worth mentioning.) The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. In fact, they dug our car out of the two feet of snow when it was possible to leave. The room was fine and the wifi was free. We love this place.
