“Great Back Bay hotel”
This was the second time I stayed here, and I will continue to go back as long as the rates are reasonable! The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are comfortable, fairly spacious and very tastefully appointed. We had in-room dining one night because we were exhausted from traveling and it was delicious. This hotel is not cheap, but I always try to stay here when in Boston.
“Great small hotel in good locatiion”
Very convenient location to Copley-Prudential area. Parking Garage across Exeter street use garage's web-coupon and save $( $39 to $25).
“Very Satisfied”
The hotel exceeded expectations for price, comfort, and location. Hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Copley Square if you are attending a conference in Boston, or just wanting to see the sights. Either way, the staff will get you where you need to go.
“Quality Staff - Good experience”
Not a hotel with fancy lobby and reception area but the friendly and helpful staff at every turn made it a welcoming and cosy experience. There was a wine reception each late afternoon and the wine was far from ordinary - some really outstanding Napa Valley wines when we were there. We had an upgraded King after the first night we were there and the room was definitely four star plus.
“Very small room”
The people working in the hotel were very nice. They showed us 2 other roomds but the rooms were not any larger. To give you an example, after taking a shower, drying off was a problem. I kept hitting the walls and bumping into the furniture in the bathroom. When I asked about a possible upgrade, even at a higher rate, that was not possible. The service was satisfactory but not the room.
“Great boutique hotel located near shopping & dining”
very pleased with Copley Square....staff was fantastic. Rooms are on the small size, but well appointed and quaint.
“Great stay”
In town for a conference, I decided to forgo the overpriced chain hotel that served as the "official" hotel of the conference and instead stay at the Copley Square Hotel. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Not only was the hotel conveniently located and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant reservations and the like. Also it ended up being slightly cheaper than my other nearby options. A great hotel all around.
“Nice hotel in a good location”
The hotel was nice and clean. The location is good both for shopping and sightseeing. The staff at the hotel was really helpful and always ready to assist. Would go there again. Only con was that there was no minibar in the room.
“Great Boston Boutique Hotel”
Wonderful room with excellent bed and linens. Small bathroom, but very nice. Hotel condition very good and staff very friendly and helpful. No Bellman upon arrival and had to hail your own cab. Perfect location in the Back Bay Area, close to great restaurants, bars and shopping. Very walkable area. Would return to the hotel and stay again.
“Good boutique Hotel, Tiny Room!”
I am a very frequent traveler to the Boston area and I have stayed in most hotels in Boston as I usually like to try out different ones. I arrived very late at night (after 1am) and was greeted by a kind receptionist. Unfortunately, the room I was given was all the way in the back corner of a lower floor, overlooking the emergency exit ladder and some other buildings and a garage. There was NO natural light coming in, which I find very unhealthy, especially when the room is one of the smallest rooms i've ever been in. Of course, it was way too late and was too tired to make a note of that with the reception. The room did not have a mini-bar or small refrigerator, which was also a minus. Other than that, the hotel on its own is a very nice boutique hotel. A downside: the bar/ club that is inside/ next to the Hotel. Its guests are allowed entrance into the hotel lobby to use the restrooms.
