“would return to this hotel without a doubt”

Great hotel, good location, a bit pricey for parking and breakfast but that can be worked around. Very impressed.

“good place to stay”

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast would have been nice, but there was coffee in the room and lots of alternatives on Mass Ave and around. It's a bit of a hike to the nearest T stop, but there was a shuttle available. I'd go stay here again!

“Beautiful view of the river”

An improvement would be a airport shuttle from the hotel. Restaurants within the hotel were excellent.

“Nice hotel on the Charles”

“Lovely hotel”

We stayed only one night but the room was very nice. Bottled water was free in the room. There was no tub,only a shower with a seat. The bathroom seemed to be a handicap accessible room. It was spacious!

“Enjoyable stay in Cambridge”

If you don't mind waiting for the shuttle service to bring you from the hotel to the T, then this hotel is a good choice. Otherwise, the Radisson is rather far from public transport. The shuttle service is quite frequent though it only brings you to areas around Cambridge. The service is very good in general. The rooms are spacious though it isn't quite true that all rooms have a view of the Charles River. The rooms are very clean and well-kept, though mine had a slight smell of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. But that's a very small complaint. Unfortunately there's no coffee maker or kettle for tea in the rooms. But they do provide coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. There are two restaurants in the hotel which are fairly good and the price is reasonable. There is an indoor heated pool that's not large enough to do laps but defintely big enough to relax in. There's also free wi-fi which was great. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!
