Passing through Boston

Cons: Breakfast, although good, was extremely overpriced.
Room and accommodations were excellent. Location was perfect.. near Boston Logan airport as we were flying out in the morning. Easy train ride to Fenway Park and Quincy Market.

Free shuttle to airport

Pros: Free shuttle, nice room, dining/bar area nice.
Cons: Free, light breakfast with bagels or something to grab quickly. Most people stay here for easy access to airport, most in a hurry to catch flight.
Location: Near the airport. Free shuttle will take you to the Blue line train at the airport.
I did not have a car and needed a place close to the airport, preferably with free shuttle and . I requested an early check-in and they were very accommodating. Used the shuttle once to get to the train to go into downtown Boston and once to the airport the next morning. Bar/Dining area is nice. Just a reminder, if you don't want to be disturbed in the very early morning, put the tag out to "not disturb". I had forgotten to place the tag on the door, and they tried to enter the room at 7:30am, which I thought was very early. I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in just a bit before catching my flight.

Cons: A complete redesign, overhaul of rooms .
Location: Get a flight out asap
First problem was having a toilet and shower in one room with a sliding door giving less a feeling of privacy than a traditional door. The towels were the size of hand towels so dont wash your hair with the sub standard shampoo or you will be needing your partners towel too. Then the sink is out in the hall, in the way, and no privacy at all! Whoever designed this hotel needs to go back to architectural school and Marriott Hotels should not let their standards drop so far. Oh and if you leave the a/c on at night, better dress warm cuz the cover won't do it. Looks like its back to the other hotel nearer the airport, even if the price is higher.

Pros: the total facility
Cons: everything was fine.
Location: the location is easy to get to and the shuttle is great..i use it to come and go from the airport.
the staff was friendly and food and bar great..got in near midnight and they quieted me down.. the shuttle has very short turnarounds so you are not wondering when they will show up.. all went well and had the buffet in am before leaving..will be back.

Got the job done.

Pros: Clean, staff was friendly.
Cons: Front desk staff should know more about Boston tourism. Shuttle system needs improvement. Have a schedule don't just say it'll be here when it comes
Location: Near the airport. 5 minute shuttle to the subway. Subway gives easy access to the entire system.
The hotel was nice enough. Considering the only time we really spent there was while we were sleeping, it got the job done. The room was nice enough. The futon pullout bed was not the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. The hotel's front desk staff were useless. They could not answer any questions we had. The shuttle service to the subway was helpful, and made traveling around Boston much easier, but there was no set schedule for the shuttle and one night we were stranded at the subway station because it never came back. The pool facility was clean, but quite small. Good for kids or lounging. The hotel restaurant was tasty but over priced. You can easily find better food in Boston for the same price or cheaper. All in all, the hotel served its purpose. If you're looking for a hotel to knock you off your feet, this isn't the one. But if you plan on spending most of your time away from the hotel, and only spending the nights, this place does get the job done.

Courtyard by Marriott

Close to the airport and free shuttle bus service with a call! Also you can take the subway or bus from the airport into the city area which is about 30 mins. Extremely convenient!

this hotel is in the airport area, has shuttle between hotel and airport. and airport has subway so you connect with transportation. it will take about 15 to get to the subway. the facilities is a little bit old, but also comfortable. staffs are great!

Great hotel for the airport

Location: Extremely close to downtown Boston
Very nice, large room on the first-floor (our request) with a beautiful courtyard view (yes, there IS one--pretty garden features and lots of places to sit). Excellent shuttle service to the airport even at 4AM. More reasonable rates than other airport hotels.

Pros: Being able to park and fly and leaving my car there for the time of our trip
Cons: Staff being more courteous ,also the cost was way over priced
Location: Took the T ,it was fine to Quincy Market
It was way overpriced, also I was expecting to get my parking for 9 days included, because of the price and I had to pay and extra 112.00 dollars more on top of paying w/ Tax the cost of the room was about 250:00. It totaling about 362.00. It was way too much money and I found the staff not to be very helpful. We were very disappointed , I would not return. I was misled, thinking it would be convientent to stay and park and fly, but it was just way overpriced. Thank you.

Thank you for your review! Although we do not provide complementry parking, we do offer Park & Fly packages; however, these are only available when booking directly with the hotel. In addition, we try to minimize the parking expenses to our guests that are not booking in on Park & Fly packages by only charging $14 per day, which is far less than the $26 per day that Boston Logan Airport charges. Thank you for your feedback and I certainly hope that your stay as a whole was a good one. Unfortunately there are no parking package available through Expedia. When looking to book a packing & stay pacakge, its always best to book through the hotel directly; however, we try to keep our daily parking costs marginal in comparison to the $26 per day that Logan Airport charges. We do this in an effort to assist our guests in having a more cost effective alternative. Our rates will always fluctuate based on the rates in the area and date of booking. Our rates are always kept in line with those of our neighboring hotels; however, the earlier you book your reservation the lower the rate typically will be. All of our rates are set based on time of booking and demand in the area. Our daily rates are always kept in line with those of the near by hotels, but certainly are not set to heavily exceed those. Unfortunately there are no "Park & Fly" options through Expedia. The Park and Fly options are only available when booking directly through Marriott; however, we do try to offer our parking charges at a nominal fee compared of those to park at Logan Airport. We charge $14 a day, which is far less than the $26 a day that Logan charges, to help our guests minimize their travel costs. If you are looking for a Park & Fly package, please call the hotel directly to book a package that will help to minimize the costs for you.
