excellent location. forgot my diamond earrings but housekeeping staff sent them to me :) very clean room. could hear a bit of plumbing from adjoining rooms

Accommodating and friendly staff at front desk, early check-in was available, info on trains and easy directions to Boston sites, all room amenities, timely bellman and shuttle service to the airport.

Very nice hotel. You cannot walk to anything, but the hotel shuttle takes you to either the airport or to the Airport Train Station (Blue Line) which gives you instant access to any part of Boston. The train/subway is very efficient and easy to use. And the hotel staff and the shuttle drivers are very friendly, well-informed and helpful. We turned in our rental car early and used the trains!

park and fly the best value. We travel from out of state to airport, stay the night before and leave car at hotel. My family has done this several times. It is a great deal.

Overall stay was good. Room worked well. Rest. was ok. At $15 plus for breakfast seemed heavy. We chose the airport in the end.
