Pros: Location to Logan. We had an 6:00 am flight
Cons: Staff training on customer service.
Location: Close to Logan and a shuttle service.
Hotel was fine. Staff seemed disinterested in their customers and were more interested in talking to fellow employees than helping their guests.

Nice hotel with shuttle to Logan Airport

Pros: The rooms are comfortable and clean
Location: Shuttles every 15 minutes for Logan Airport.
The hotel is nice and Expedia was cheaper than the rate listed on the Marriott site but I could have waited and got it for less.

Overnight stay before flying out of Logan

Nice, large room and helpful staff

Pros: The size of the rooms and the bathroom. The dining room for breakfast is very pleasing

Location: Easy access to Boston and all that the city has to offer
Easy access to Boston and free parking. Good breakfast and the rooms are quite large. I enjoyed my two night stay.

Good location and facility

Free shuttle to airport and subway. Restaurant on site. Check in after cruise. Very convenient.

Transit at Boston

Pros: Proximity to Logan
Location: The location is close to Logan and there is really nothing you can do nearby.
Large rooms, fairly large bathrooms, awesome shower, good service, easily accesible to Logan Airport. Very good if you are transiting through Boston. But if you are on a holiday, I would not recommend this Hotel as the City Centre is not easily accesible. Yes, it is accessible if you take a taxi (around 40$) or drive a car (factor toll roads) but not accessible if you have to take public transport.

We had great time in this hotel. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I love to stay in this hotel wherever I go. Thanks a lot

Ok hotel but not what I thought

Overall it was ok not bad but not really good eathier. Staff was rude. Seemed they were always in a rush. I didn't like the fact that there was no fridge in the room because I'm a diabetic and my insulin needs to be cold. I also didn't like how house keeping just walked into my room while I was sleeping. Minus all that it was clean and loved the free coffee. The restraunt was pretty good too!

Next time if we get the opportunity to serve you just indicate that when making the reservation or even at check in time. We do have refrigerators to offer our guests. Clean and comfortable

Pros: Easy access from Mass Pike. Close to Logan. Shuttle was roomy, clean and we never waited more than 5 minutes.
Cons: It would have been nice to have access to food. We arrived at around 3PM and had to wait until 5PM for on-site restaurant to open.
Location: Nothing within walking distance. Would need shuttle to go anywhere. We did not leave the property.
Hotel was fine for a pre-trip overnight. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

Good price for a Saturday night in Boston

Overall, a good hotel. Wish there was a mini fridge in the room, but the 12:00 check out made up for that. Free shuttle to the airport (and therefore, the subway) was ideal. Front desk super helpful with advice and suggestions.
