Good location and facility

Free shuttle to airport and subway. Restaurant on site. Check in after cruise. Very convenient.

We had great time in this hotel. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I love to stay in this hotel wherever I go. Thanks a lot

Ok hotel but not what I thought

Overall it was ok not bad but not really good eathier. Staff was rude. Seemed they were always in a rush. I didn't like the fact that there was no fridge in the room because I'm a diabetic and my insulin needs to be cold. I also didn't like how house keeping just walked into my room while I was sleeping. Minus all that it was clean and loved the free coffee. The restraunt was pretty good too!

I hope to get the opportunity to serve you in the future. We are getting refrigerators in all of our rooms soon. Next time if we get the opportunity to serve you just indicate that when making the reservation or even at check in time. We do have refrigerators to offer our guests. Clean and comfortable

Pros: Easy access from Mass Pike. Close to Logan. Shuttle was roomy, clean and we never waited more than 5 minutes.
Cons: It would have been nice to have access to food. We arrived at around 3PM and had to wait until 5PM for on-site restaurant to open.
Location: Nothing within walking distance. Would need shuttle to go anywhere. We did not leave the property.
Hotel was fine for a pre-trip overnight. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

Convenient hotel near Wheaton College

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and convenient. It was a perfectly comfortable hotel to use as a base for visiting around the area. A good value with nothing that wasn't acceptable.

Cons: Bathrooms are inconvenient. Pedestal sink with no counter space for toiletries, shaver etc. means they have to go on ledge in shower area.
Comfortable hotel. Good shuttle service. enough said!

Quick and easy from hotel to airport and Boston. Nice facility with a higher-end feel to it. Regular schedule for shuttle. Pleasant staff.

Great location by airport; Mediocre experience

My husband and I stayed here before an early flight out of Boston. The hotel can't be beat as far as closeness to the airport. That being said, the hotel itself was only average. The hotel staff was very unenthusiastic about the check in process. They seemed to be going through the motions, but I could tell they were not excited to be there. The room they initially placed us in had an overwhelming air freshener smell to it. After 5 minutes in the room I could "taste" the air freshener after breathing it in. I called the front desk and they begrudgingly agreed to move rooms for me - telling me there was nothing that could be done about the smell. The new room was better. The room was comfortable enough. For the price paid, I was hoping for something a little bit nicer and/or higher end.

Just what we needed!!

Pros: It's location near the airport.
Cons: Probably could use more paved parking areas. We had to park in an unpaved lot that had large pot holes where water was standing due to the rain.
Location: The location is great for airport access but I'm certain public transit is available to any attractions.
Clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We ate in the restaurant at the hotel and were very pleased with the food and the service.
