The two nights stay it was great . Loved that there was a sports bar on the premises. We enjoyed ourselves there too.

I’ve been all over the Boston area & have to say this property is the one I’m committed to over them all as a weekly traveler from NY!!! The front desk personnel is amazing & accommodating! Jared is an asset to this team, I am very happy everytime I stay at Crowne Plaza. Their breakfast buffets is delish & would recommend this property for anyone that expects stellar service & comfort. This Texan is a forever customer.

Mai (front desk associate) made checking in a breeze. She was fast, efficient, and very professional. The female host in SCOREBOARD was wonderful. She enabled my daughter and I to get a table to eat dinner on Saturday night. The 2 males at the door told us we had to leave even though we were guests at the hotel.

We were 1st provided a room where house keeping hadn't made the beds (around 7pm). The front desk staff were friendly and great for the duration of our stay. The tub drain in our 2nd room was clogged and house keeping started pounding on our door and woke us up around 9:15 am when check out is at 11 am. Overall, house keeping staff need some work, but the hotel as a whole was decent.
