Friendly staff

The staff took extra time to tell my daughter and I how to get around Boston and the best places to go for the limited time we were there. The front desk clerk gave us corner to corner directions on how to get to the train. The room was clean and was ready when we arrived in Boston (before normal check in time).

Great cleanliness comfort and staff. The only drawback is that it is not really feasible to walk to any restaurants however there is a resteraunt in the hotel.

Not a good experience....

Posted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Not much
Cons: Everything...
Location: Its in close proximity to Quincy Market, The Aquarium
I've traveled many places and have stayed in more hotels then I care too but this goes down as one of the top five worst hotel stays. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the top drain in the sink had build up of dirt, grime, and mold. I assume the layout of the hotel is suppose to be visually stimulating but to me, the openness was odd and had a clinical feel to it as the walls outside of the rooms are stark white. The price was comparable to other hotels in the area but to charge so much for overnight parking was exorbitant; especially, as I was attending a workshop in the same hotel. I was told I had to remove my bags from the room although, my conference hadn't concluded. The coffee in the snack bar was subpar and I honestly, missed my Kuerig where I can get an excellent cup of coffee for a lot less. I have no qualms regarding paying for good service, great food etc. but when everything was lousy and inadequate why should we pay so much?

Great location

Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: The suite setup
Location: Located right on Storrow Drive so it is easy to go anywhere you want. The bridge to Cambridge is also right by the hotel.
The price is right for a suite hotel conveniently located in Boston. The staff are cordial and very helpful. The bar and restaurant make it possible to have a drink and meal without venturing out if you are arriving late. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable and there is a covered parking area attached to the hotel.

Short trip to Boston

Posted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: Room and staff
Cons: The shuttle service to different points in the city stopped running at an early hour.
Location: The hotel had shuttle service to 3 points in the area. The closest T station was 5 blocks away.
The location was easy to get to from the interstate. The room was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the river.
