Near the airport

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Not much
You have to drive through the airport to get to the hotel. Rooms are very small. We had 4 people in our room and they only gave us one bed, I had to sleep with my 14 year old grandson on the pull out couch, they knew there were 3 adults and one teenager. When I booked the room it said 2 double or one queen bed, but I thought for sure they would give us 2 double. There was no outside window in our room, we booked a whole week and they gave us a room that over looked the dinning room and would not switch us. There is nothing within walking distance, no shops, no fast food, no restaurants. I would never not recommend this hotel for a family vacation. Would be fine for a layover or business trips. After this experience I will think twice about any Embassy Suites. Pool is for young children and is only 3 feet deep.

Pros: Very close to the airport. Closest subway entrance was within a short walking distance.
Cons: The air conditioner in the hallway next to the room door froze you as you tried to get into the room.
Location: Good neighborhood pizza place about 1/10 mi up the street. Nice playground just across the street.
Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Shuttle to and from the airport was quick and friendly.

Not ready for late night arrivals

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Called for shuttle at midnight and phone rang for 4 minutes with no answer. Only one clerk for 7 groups checking in. Was near the airport but surrounded by fence every side. Air con went off due to motion sensor throughout night on a steamy night despite following all instructions.

Close to car rental return and terminals

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Distance to rental car returns is 300 yards. Shuttle to terminals takes 60 seconds.
A perfect place to stay when you have an early flight and want to turn in your rental car the night before. A nice suite, two TV's, etc.

Nice hotel, close to Logan International Airport

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Nice accommodations for the money and the staff were nice and helpful.
Location: Historic locations abound in close proximity, easily accessible by public transportation.
It would be hard to beat this hotel for the price. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle around the clock. The breakfast included in your stay can't be beat and the manager's event offers you a nice free snack and beverage to help you relax in the late afternoon. Additionally, there is a nice park across the street from the hotel and the "T" Airport Station is within easy walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the great city of Boston.

very nice hotel at the airport

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The lemon water next to the elevator and a pretty good size computer room..
Cons: The hallway decor was unappealing.
Location: close to the train and the park and walking distance to Rino"s Place .
I had a very pleasant stay at embassy suites in Boston. It was located near a park for the kids to play and very close to the train station. The morning breakfast was early and the food was pretty good. There was a good selection and they placed lemon water near the elevator so it was easy to grab a glass as you waited for the elevator. The staff was top notch. I would stay there again. They had very expensive parking.
