Pros: the suites were laid out nicely
Cons: The A/C unit vent blew air directly onto the bed Cold
Location: Near the " T " and airport nice for getting aruond
the hotel under going renovations no phones confusing Valet Parking. The morning breakfast had warm food unless you got an omlete

Arrived late at Logan and needed a place to spend the night. Lovely hotel, incredibly comfy bed, quiet, and great breakfast the next morning free of charge. Shuttle runs continuously. Great option and I will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Rooms were clean and roomy. Cannot beat the FREE breakfast . Good selection and fresh .
Cons: Room phones were down during our five day stay .
Location: Near airport and subway station. Numerous restaurant an grocery stores within walking distance .
Went to Boston to watch the Brewers play at Fenway, about a half hour subway ride from the hotel , not a problem at all to get there. Hotel is in a neighborhood walking distance to numerous restaurants and grocery stores.

Close to airport

Pros: The room was small but it had a suite and good amenities like microwave etc. The bathroom shower was excellent.
Cons: We should not have been charged for valet parking. We could not have visitors as there is no on site parking.
Location: It is close to airport and 20 mins to drive into Boston so it is not convenient for staying in Boston. We were there only for a day.
The hotel was good as far as room and buffet breakfast was concerned. I felt we were overcharged as Expedia bundled the charges with flight and I wouldn't recommend doing that next time. We were charged extra for parking on top of higher than normal rates.

Pros: Very clean the service was great and the breakfast was the best I have seen and I have stayed in lots of hotels.
Cons: Nothing really just hope the pool and phones are working soon
Location: Loved that it was close to the airport and the shuttle service was great and all the drivers were very friendly
Very nice hotel just a little disapointed that the pool and phones weren't working but the breakfast was amazing and loved our stay there.

Pros: Location and breakfast.
Cons: Everything. Power wash the inside and the room carpets are old, stained and musty everything barley works or doesn't work. Get some management.
Location: It's an airport hotel so it's all about Logan. No other reason to stay there.
Phones don't work, front desk doesn't answer, heat barley works but turns on and off every 3 minutes. Had to call 30 times from airport terminal to get the shuttle bus to pick us up. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites and this by far is the worst. Trying to check out nobody at desk many people waiting then finally one person starts working. Maybe they were all waiting for the shuttle.

Pros: Staff was nice and tried to help with all questions. And it was very close to the Train so easy to get back and forth to the city.
Cons: too many to mention
Location: nothing- had to go in to Boston to do anything
Bed was terrible, sunken in the middle. Room run down and looked more like a much cheaper motel. Pool and hot tub closed so could not use. Phone service was down so had to keep running to front desk for extra coffee, or towels etc. Breakfast was good, but the exact same every day of the 4 days we were there. The quality of this hotel was very poor in comparison to every other Embassy we have stayed at.

Pros: The large room and swimming pool.
Cons: The dining room food was quite basic for the price.
The suite was nice and plenty of space. The mattresses were nice and quite soft.
