Great hotel near Logan airport

Had to catch an early morning flight and had a chance to take advantage of the full buffet breakfast. Shuttle to Airport was prompt. Everything went well during my stay at Embassy Suites.

The Hotel was very nice, I especially liked the bedroom closed off from the sitting area with a door. Also the free breakfast was superb with cook to order

Nice hotel close the Logan airport

Pros: Free breakfast buffet, clean room
Cons: No free wifi, $30/day parking is a little expensive.
Location: This hotel is very close to the Logan airport. with a free shuttle bus.
We spend 4 nights here at the Embassy Suites by Logan Airport. This hotel has a very nice lobby area with business center, gym, pool. They have a very nice and professional staff. There is really nothing much to complain.

More Minuses Than Plusses

Cons: Manager's reception: beer and wine as others do Pick up dishes in hall Reduce noise of blower in bedroom Lower prices for parking and movies
Location: Nothing, really. It's out by Logan Airport and it's mostly parking lots. You can walk to a "T" station to get into Boston
Plus side: good breakfast, comfortable but shallow pool, excellent hot tub, comfortable bed. Downside: Was scolded on the phone for using Expedia ("You'll save a few bucks but it's not worth it in the long run"), Dirty dishes in corridor for extensive time periods, Manager's Reception was essentially soda, chips and goldfish (there were some vegetable sticks and cheese but they didn't last long and weren't replenished), $17 for in-room movie, and $35 to park, very loud blower went on every six minutes for a minute and a half to maintain room heat at 72, making sleep difficult.

Convenient to Logan and car rental return.

Excellent spot if you need to be close to Logan and need shuttle service.

christmas stay

Pros: everything
Location: easy access to the 't' and downtown Boston
Great hotel, stayed for 7 nights over Christmas. Shuttle collection from airport prompt and included in price . For a hotel close to airport we never heard a plane once. Suite (2 queen bedded and a sofa bed) size was very good and comfortably accommodated 4. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and restaurant food good and reasonably priced. Used the pool and hot spa after a long days walking around Boston which was 3 stops on the 'T'. $2.65 gets you anywhere on the system .The airport station was a couple of hundred yards through the park opposite(easy&safely walked day or night). staff are all very polite and welcoming, Bradford on reception was helpful and informative. The lady and chef on breakfast always happy and welcoming as were the bar staff on an evening and my thanks to the restaurant manager for being so kind on our last night. All in all would recommend for a visit to such a lovely city. Many thanks

Great airport hotel!

Efficient shuttle to both the airport and the T. Very easy access to Boston. Staff was helpful and room was very clean. Nice buffet breakfast.

Great Family Friendly Hotel

Pros: The breakfast buffet was a big hit here, not just with me, but other families as well. Friendly personnel, and very clean well kept rooms.
Cons: Parking... A little pricey for short term parking.
Location: Located on Logan Airport property with shuttles every 15 minutes to MBTA (subway) or to airport terminals.
Checked in the day before Christmas, for a 4 night stay. After a brief walk around to become familiar with hotel's amenities I decided to get things in order in the suite ( which was quite comfortable & clean and spacious as well ). Hotel pool and exercise room are small but adequate and there is also a jacuzzi, granddaughter spent 5 hours in pool next day and loved it. Daily the hotel provides complimentary cheese & crackers, crudités and taco chips and salsa, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, a nice treat especially if you already eaten around the Boston area. The following day, the complimentary breakfast, with cooked to order omelet and bacon & waffle, were a great way to start the day and set the tone for the remaining days. The coffee was a change from my usual Starbucks, but not bad ! Hotel staff... Hmmm... So many of Hilton's other properties could take a cue from this friendly front desk, I was delightfully surprised. I look forward to returning to this hotel.
