The guy at the front desk was awesome. Helpful, pleasant and welcoming. He puts in the effort. The place is actually a government funded shelter for the wave of migrants coming from third world countries. If you stay there be prepared for that atmosphere, not a hotel. But the staff are top notch.

There were no blankets for the pullout couch, other rooms were very noisy. Rust covered refrigerator it was manageable for 1 night but I wouldn’t recommend.

I do not recommend. The room is stale and outdated. Heating/cooling system is inefficient. Bed sheets were itchy and unclean. There’s no way anyone could sleep in that—for fear of Potential bed bugs had to leave in the middle of the night. The customer service response wasn’t any better. They don’t care and will not refund you your money offering instead to give you another room. When you express that bed bugs are not a risk you want to take, they will respond that’s your choice. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay in this establishment.

My stay was for only one night before an upcoming early medical appointment. The 1st room I was given smelled like stale cigarettes. Staff was hesitant to give me another room and, instead, offered me a can of air freshener. When I insisted on another room, I was given one with stained carpeting and furniture.

Falsely Advertised
We arrived to our room, 1 queen bed and a sofa bed and initially thought ok its not bad but when I opened up the sofa bed it had pee stains all over it and smelled like a cat lady had been living there for years! Not good! I called down to the front desk and she said that she was new but that management was aware of all "damages" on the property. I also pointed out to her that one of the cabinet doors was broken and she said again that they were aware. When I asked for sheets later that night, the young lady at the desk said she could only give me flat sheets as they were doi g laundry and would not be able to provide me with fitted or pillows for at least another hour. It was already close to midnight. No one was apologetic or seemed concerned that they were falsely advertising nice rooms in good conditions. I've stayed at Motel 6s in better conditions that were clean. The shower had stains on the walls from IDK what and left over hair too. The room was definitely not worth the $250 for the night. The ONLY reason I stayed was because everything else nearby was sold out. If I was 750 miles away from home, I would have driven home before staying here!

Whats worse than horrible?
The odor in that room was horrible. Smelled like an overrused urinal that hadnt been cleaned....ever. The bathroom had drawers missing from the vanity. I would not recommend this room to anyone that is paying to stay. Should be free!!!

Absolutely terrible. I called early I the week to let the office know we had a late arrival and I had special needs son in a wheelchair. They told me not to worry I could check in at any time. When we showed up they told us the system was down and they had given our room away hours before my expected arrival . We were kicked out into the street with no place to stay.

A bit scary and poor condition.
The condition of this place was terrible. Cracked tiles, broken cabinets, dirty stains on almost every surface. Only saving grace was mattress was ok. However sofa bed was ridiculously bad. Could only get in one door. Staff was nice, but clearly overworked and frequently no one was at the front desk.

The room has a desk, but no chair for the use of the desk. There are no plastic wrapped utensils for someone if they bring food to the room. The "breakfast" isn't really breakfast. There was no orange juice, no decaf coffee for someone who can't have regular coffee. The selection of food really isn't good.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The rooms though were heavily stained seats and carpets and have a smell to them. It is conveniently located directly across a supermarket if you'd like to get something to eat or cook but be aware the rooms come with no utensils, cookware or plates (i believe you can get those for an additional fee) Overall though cheap and friendly staff, rooms are def not desirable with the stained floors and seating.

informed front desk toilet was clogged and wanted to switch rooms and was told theyd send someone up to fix it so we didnt have to move our belongings and nobosy ever came so was out of a toilet for 24 hours as well as mice which is understandable is a possibility but no traps were put down noor any concern shown

Though the desk staff was a bit overwhelmed at 11AM check out (I just left the mag key on the counter and skipped the receipt) all was fine.
