“Decent hotel for the price”

Great hotel for the price. Close to airport, clean (yes it's an old hotel, but I've seen worse), free parking, free wifi, free water. The neighborhood didn't seem very ghetto and our car didn't get broken in. Pool is very small but water was warm enough, wish they had a hot tub though.

“Convenient for airport”

We just needed for one night stay and needed to catch early flight. So, the location was the decision maker. It was reasonable hotel.

Our shuttle runs 24 hours and takes guests to and from logan airport and to public transportaion. Boston is accessible by public transit if you dont want to drive. For guests on the go we have a mall next door and many restaurant to walk to plus a local 20 theater cinema. PLease come again.

As an airport hotel we provide excellent shuttle services to the airport and public transportation which will get guests to all of Boston's sites. “Noisy & Dirty”

Just don't stay here!

Thank you for staying with us. We wish we had the opportunity to talk to you in person and to resolve any issues during your stay. Thats our brands style to be honest and uncomplicated. We run a very high occupancy and we know we will have issues to resolve since no one is perfect. Our highest score is cleanliness and we are brand inspected and AAA inpsected. We know noise can sometimes happen but we have staff to respond and handle it. We have families, business travelers and airline crew so we want guests to have a restful nights sleep.

“Forget about it”

Shabby and a very dismissive staff. It does not deserve the Sheraton name.

We have an experienced staff that cleans daily and we are open to any comments or suggestions by guests during their stay. “good choice”

The great advantage of this hotel is the 24 hour airport shuttle. Also a plus is the excellent Japanese restaurant. The hotel need some renovations. The rooms look tired.

“four points boston was a bust!”

I was SO disappointed with this hotel! It was supposedly super close to the airport but took 20 min to get there. The front desk clerk was clueless about everything and the shuttle driver was rude. We called the hotel 15 min prior to our arrival at the T wonderland and informed them that we had an elderly person ina wheelchair and needed handicapped access into shuttle and since it was 11 pm didn't want to wait in the dark at the (scary) subway terminal. The clerk basically said to call back when we arrived and then accused us of lying about our arrival time! Disturbing. The shuttle did not have handicapped access or even a stool to use to climb in. All in all very disappointing. Should have stayed downtown!!

The hotels published distance is on all web sites. We dont claim to be at the airport. It is true that since we cannot time guests arrival to one particular location and since we have other commitments we like customers to call when they are ready for a pick up and this allows us to manage the driver more efficiently for all guests. The public transit has not had a crime problem and it is well maintained. I agree that in your particular case we could have been accomodating and made arrangement to benefit your needs at the time. I will review it with our staff.

“Not so close to the airport”

I thought it was closer to the airport. The hotel has a new and an older sections. I was placed in the older section which was not as nice.
