Easy shuttle ride to Logan Airport

Pros: Good shuttle drivers, easy route to Logan (no tunnel or bridges), clean room, hot breakfast.
Cons: Breakfast Room tables could be wiped more frequently.
Location: Convenient to the airport. Not many restaurants nearby.
We flew in in the evening and flew out the next morning and just needed a convenient place to stay near the airport. Called for the shuttle, which came when they said it would. No problems getting back to the airport in the morning. Good room, small business center to print out boarding passes, nice breakfast in the morning.

15 mins away from dt boston by car, staff friendly and polite. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Bathroom can use a update but still clean.

Unhappy stay

Cons: Make "to go" bag available for early morning traveler. Breakfast was not available before we left for our flight.
We were checked into the same unclean room in the morning as well as our return in the evening. We were moved to a "clean" room that had a toilet that ran non stop and then finally checked into a room that met our approval. We had hoped to take a swim but discovered the pool was closed due to contamination. Just not what you expect from a Sheraton and the rate you one pays. A busload of travelers checked in right before our evening check in and rudely stood in the lobby making it impossible to access the elevator. Don't have two people sit at the end of the bed! It will tip upwards as head of bed is not attached to anything!! Also, at 2:30 in the morning a group of guests decided to visit outside the hotel room and we had an early morning flight to catch. Overall, very disappointing stay.

Pros: The staff very friendly and very helpful. Very clean and kept up.
Cons: We stayed 5 nights had the same breakfast everyday.
Location: A little out of the way, but the hotel is very good about helping you get places. The shuttle drivers are awesome. The airport is fairly close.
Stayed 5 nights to take in the history and sights of Boston.

Pros: Location - easy to get to other parts of the state. Cleanliness and the great staff.
Cons: Soy milk at the breakfast bar.....and ice cubes for iced coffee :)
The staff at the front desk are so friendly and warm. Our room was immaculate, the bathroom is large and clean. We had breakfast down in the breakfast room - basic fare but very well done. If they add soy or almond milk to the coffee bar for those of us who are lactose intolerant it would be perfect!!

Excellent hotel, close to the airport

Pros: The shuttle bus service is excellent, one afternoon that it was not available they paid for a taxi. Breakfast was delicious, the best I have had.
Location: Beach, shopping, tourism.
Convenient to move close to the airport and Wonderland train station.

Pros: Closeness to the airport and price
Cons: Better customer service at reception desk to go beyond their duties and anticipate customer needs. More informative
Location: Nothing, shopping center with some stores but I wouldn't recommend walking at dark
At check-in we didn't feel welcome for choosing their hotel, the receptionist didn't bother to tell us about breakfast times or anything about it. We have one baby and one toddler and nobody was there to help us out with the luggage and car seats, I had to get one trolley and load it myself and bring it up to my room myself. Receptionist again saw all this and was too busy playing with the computer. The following morning I found a nice bell boy who helped me take our luggage trolley out but again I had to bring it up in the morning and load it myself because the hotel was to busy. Try to pick a closer hotel to the airport because even it is 4.5 miles away, traffic is crazy between this hotel and the airport. Van driver was very accommodating and helped us a lot! Not a lot of eating options at the hotel, only a chinese restaurant and the neighborhood where this hotel is located is too dingy and not good.

The staff was excellent. It is just not a well-kept hotel. The area was questionable and the amenities were fair.
