“Boston trip”

My stay at the Four Seasons Boston was wonderful. The staff could not do enough for you, talk about being pampered. I felt I was well taken care of. The only negative I have is the bar in the Bristol Lounge needs some up dating that's all.

The Concierge desk was outstanding. They helped make a very short trip a very enjoyable one.

“Perfect weekend stay”

The room was very clean with lots of light in the room. The staff, especially the Concierge, was very helpful in locating restaurants and arranging transportation. We also found the location to be perfect for our first visit to Boston.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in - Bar None!!! The staff was excellent without the hint of any snootiness.

A great hotel with a great location. Close to many amenities and attractions and the subway. The service was great and the rooms clean and very comfortable. The concierge service was very friendly and very helpful. The only criticism was that coffee was only available until 8 am in the lobby during the week. They might think about extending this to 9 or 10 am. We would definitely return!

“great hotel, though why no free advil?”

at this price range, you would think the hotel would not make you pay for advil if your back hurts. that is pretty much my only gripe. the hotel and staff were very pleasant and i would go back in a heart beat.

“Boston 4 Seasons”

Great time. Our room was right over the ballroom so we did hear "Everybody cheer!" a couple times during Saturday night's wedding. Not too bad. The food was not as good as expected at the restaurant and room service. I do wish for coffee in the room . I don't like walking downstairs for my first cup. We would go back easily! This was our first trip since my husband died of brain cancer. He usually made all the arrangements. This was all me. He would have loved the hotel, the park, Little Italy and the Red Sox.

“Four Seasons is a delight”

High quality as you would expect. Charming staff. I usually hate the intrusive 4 seasons questioning at check in, 'How was your trip, where are you from, what are you doing here?', but the Boston employee actually seemed interested and shared personal info herself which made it seem less like a pointless gauntlet of fatuous, intrusive inquiry and more like an interested human being. Love the coffee and muffins early morning and the high level of service from professional staff.

“Best in Boston”

From the minute we stepped foot on to the hotel, we were treated with kid gloves and received the best customer service we've experienced in a while! The concierge was helpful in recommending things to do and see in the area, as well as some good restaurant choices. It was our first time staying at the Four Seasons Boston, but it will not be our last!

“Four Seasons Boston - worth the splurge!”

Great location, excellent service and beautiful accommodations - worth the splurge, especially on marathon weekend!
