Pros: Great location, nice pool, very friendly waiter at Bristol cafe and great valet parking attendant.
Beautiful hotel nicely situated. Only issue was that the water was off between 11pm and 5am with minimal apologies.

Very disappointedPosted Dec 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
I chose this website to book my reservation because of the upgrade. There was no upgrade, room was nice but certainly not worth the $500price tag. The worst part was being woken up the next morning with hammering and drilling noises. The manager said they were clearing out the room above ours to do some work and didnt ecpect it to be so noisy. She did comp a breakfast BUT again for $500/night not much of a consilation. I've stated at the FS two times prior and dont think i'll return. I also thought with the holiday it would be beautifully decorated but not much -3 huge gingerbread houses and some flowers but nothing special. Overall so sad to be dusappointed.

It has an easy access to shopping malls& ResturantPosted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: It has clean room, also they are quick in serving the room if you do need to do so in a short notice.
Cons: The WIFI internet access in the room is little slow on a complementary status.
Location: The hotel is close to shopping malls and it's near to the best shopping street "Newbery Street" in Boston.
I did visit Boston to have a chance to look into its historic background, I managed also to visit the nice museums and gallaries. The hotel location is next to Quincy Market and also it has it's nice dinning and Spa facilities which I enjoy. The concierge service is very effienct if you need any help or directions.

Great location; central to all the action!Posted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Great location, great staff, all-together wonderful stay!
Cons: Perhaps an earlier continental breakfast.
Location: My stay was focused on the regatta, so the location was a key factor in choice!
This hotel is located in the heart of the city. With magnificent cityscape views and its close proximity to the local mall, my stay was absolutely delightful! Although, the continental breakfast did not begin until 9 AM; So for those like myself that are early risers, we had to pay for breakfast.

This is a very good Four Seasons HotelPosted Jul 20, 2013
Pros: Location, expected good food, friendly service, clean, and Four Seasons level of excellence.
Cons: A tiny bit tired - interior of rooms (but really just tiny...tiny)
Location: Near the park, quick walk to good restaurants, shopping and Arlington Station (if you want to take the train).
The Boston Four Seasons is an excellent CITY hotel. Friendly staff, good location which is close to a metro station and the park. We were there with our teenaged boys and we had two Executive Suites that were the usual Four Seasons clean and spacious. I have stayed at the following city Four Seasons HOTELS, both LA locations, Las Vegas, Austin, Chicago, Georgetown, and New York. I would rank this hotel - somewhere after Chicago; which is excellent. Not a pretentious as NYC and the facilities are much better than Austin - I hope this helps you with making a decision in staying in Boston. Also if you are traveling with small kids this would be a great choice to get the Executive Suite as the bedroom (and bath) have doors that can close off the sitting room (i.e. the kids space) from your bedroom. It was worth the cost of the hotel - it was overall a good experience.
