The staff at the reception was wonderful, they were very cordial and very sweet. The food at breakfast was fresh and being replenished frequently from time to time. I would recommend this property to everyone.

The front desk staff was AMAZING. We had a party of 8 with 3 different arrivals and departures. They were extraordinary flexible and friendly. It’s extremely convenient to public transit and had on-site parking. Highly recommend this hotel!

Overall everything was good and clean, the breakfast included was nice and different choices every morning (they have a waffle machine) but the only downside is that the parking is very limited (maybe 20spots) for a hotel with 7floors with 10-15rooms each floor… we got some trouble having a parking when we were coming back in late evening.

We went to Boston for a birthday weekend, Uber to the Celtics game and to encore casino in a short time. Staff was friendly and helpful and they have a parking garage for your car for free, I would stay here again!

My room was never cleaned during my stay. I had an issue with my luggage gone missing and the employees behind the desk asked if I would step aside so they could help the other individuals checking in. And ultimately never assisted. I would never recommend Hampton inn to anyone. What a disgrace at 300. A night. It’s unacceptable.
