Very nice accommodations in CambridgePosted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: I liked the attractive lobby, dining area for breakfast and the comfortable room.
Cons: They could provide shuttle service to nearby attractions and it is a bit difficult to access the hotel if you are driving on other side of the street.
Location: The location is not too far from the Science Museum in Boston or other Cambridge attractions, however, they are not in walking distance.
We stayed in the Hampton Inn Boston Cambridge and found the rooms, lobby and common areas extremely pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus as was the free parking. The hotel itself is situated in an awkward area and getting to the hotel from the other side of the street is difficult as there are no legal U-Turns. The good news is that it is very near the Green line T-stop and you can walk to a nearby shopping center, but everything else would require a car or a hop on the T.

Pros: Location, it was clean and very organise
Location: Great location, close to a mall i can't remember the name, where you can find the cheesecake factory, sephora... like the main stores.
This was our first time in Boston and we couldn't had found a better place to stay. Super clean, great staff and great location: very close to main attractions like mall and prudence center. The breakfast was included and it was pretty good. Thanks!

Pros: Convenient location across from Lechmere station with free overnight parking, which is virtually unheard of elsewhere in Boston/Cambridge.
Cons: Disliked the loud TV in breakfast area.
Location: Location across from Lechmere Station makes public transportation easily accessible. Museum of Science nearby. Neighborhood not attractive but safe.
Stayed for 2 nights with our 2 teenagers during December 2013 holiday vacation.

NOISE!! DONT EXPECT TO SLEEP IN DURING WEEKDAYS!!Posted Nov 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
I've stayed at this hotel a few times and have always been happy. However, due to the construction happening adjacent to the hotel this trip was a complete nightmare. I work late into the night and sleep in during the mornings. Every week day at 7.20AM I was woken by intense pounding directly outside my bedroom. The machine was so powerful that the entire hotel would shake!!! I asked to be switched to the opposite side of the hotel and was told that no rooms were currently available. There was no warning about the construction when I booked the hotel and I was offered no discounts on my room rate for what I had to put up with. Rooms on the back side of the hotel should come with a hugely discounted rate and a warning for Sunday thru Thursday nights. Due to this experience and the lack of warning and/or discount I will NEVER stay there again!!!!!!

ConstructionPosted Nov 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel itself is great--I liked that it was at the end of the green line, easy to get into Boston proper, maybe 15 minutes. However, there is construction happening next door, so at 7:30 every morning, there's industrial strength hammering that will continue until evening. Not so nice.
