“did the job”

Had a late night job in Boston, hotel staff was helpful, had directions to the venue, shuttle service if needed, and friendly. Breakfast was good, if I have business in Boston again, will go back .

“distant location but friendly staff”

This hotel is outside of Boston for sure but the shuttle, which runs frequently, takes you to nearby wood island (station for the T) and the airport so getting to downtown is a snap. They set up bagged lunches if you're going to be travelling and the breakfast was substantial. The staff was always accomidating and all I heard from other guests was how they had stayed at this hotel several times before and greatly enjoy it.

“Very impressed”

I am a road warrior and travel a lot. This hotel had everything I needed. Free Internet and breakfast. Ice machine and lots of outlets for my gadgets. Free shuttle to airport. I had to take early morning flight and since breakfast was not yet set up they had prepared a breakfast bag for the road. I ended up leaving a few things in my room and they shipped them to my home. Great value, would definitely stay again.

“Logan access”

We found our stay at Hampton Inn perfect for our needs. The location was ideal as we had an early flight out of boston the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.. Our shuttle got us to the airport on time and the staff prepared a sack breakfast for us upon our exit. One big plus for us was free parking. Would we stay again ? Yes...

“Boston Bargain and so close to Logan.”

I think Hampton Inn's are the best. I stayed at three different locations on a trip to visit family [Boston,NH and Chicopee Ma.] All were very clean,well run and had the best extras [shuttle and great breakfast]. You won't be disappointed!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Shuttles were great. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely stay here again.

Getting around

Do not hesitate to use the "T", the Boston subway. It is easy and convenient.

“I will always look for Hampton hotels”

This hotel was a great choice. The shuttle service was unbelievable. A sign said that after 11 am the shuttle would run just once an hour, however, whenever I called them to say I needed a ride, they were there in no time at all. I really appreciated that when I got back to the blue line T when it was getting dark. The breakfast was very good and varied and the desk clerks were very professional. The only complaint I have is that when I asked one of the desk clerks if they had properties in Buffalo, she pointed me to the business center and told me to look it up on my own since she had the same information. Had she looked it up for me, it is possible that I would have changed my reservation to a property in Buffalo rather than the hotel I stayed at. Other than that I was quite pleased and will definitely stay at Hampton hotels in the future.

Area recommendations

I really didn't like the neighborhood surrounding the hotel but the quality of the service of the hotel made up for that. The neighborhood surrounding downtown Boston hotels was quite different and looked much better, but hotels there cost much more and they are not that close to the airport.

Getting around

The hotel had great shuttle service. It went to the airport, the blue line of the T and also to some area residents. Rather than making one wait an hour (the sign said that shuttle ran just once per hour after 11am, the shuttle would come shortly after I called them. Also, the drivers were great.

“If or when we return to Boston would use this Hotel again”

We were warmly welcomed and were most accomadating in transporting us around to places to eat , Transit system and how to get to the attractions we wanted to see.
