“Warm and Accommodating”
The Hampton hotel that we stayed in was in Revere MA. From the time we walked in the hotel until the time we left, three days later, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Cheyvonne was the clerk at the front desk that we dealt with the most. She went above and beyond for us. Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was amazing. Getting around Boston is quite difficult but the hotel's shuttle service made it very convenient for us to get to public transportation which was very easy to use and took us just where we wanted to go. We had out eleven year old grandson with us and this was a wonderful experience for all three of us from start to finish!
“Glad I stayed here!”
This hotel was a wonderful find as I was booking it for myself and others. The responsibility was mine to find a decent place to stay and we were not disappointed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was attentive and helpful and the daily breakfast was a great way to start the day. Truly, I was suprised to find a hotel that still offered this kind of service without charging an arm and a leg. The most convenient of all the amenities was the shuttle service that ran 24 hours per day. We had a fast ride to and from the airport as well as to the subway station each day. The only drawback I would say was the area. It looked like there was some sort of plant across the street from the hotel and it was kind of far from any restaurants or shops but the shuttle and the in house restaurant took care of that quiet well. For someone who has never come to Boston and wants a friendly, safe place to stay where they will go out of their way to help out, I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn. I plan to be a repeat customer!
“Really nice hotel”
My family and were pretty impressed with the hotel. The rooms were large, the breakfast was good, the staff really friendly and with nice touches inside the hotel. There was a variety of coffees and hot chocolate at all times, several computers with printers, and a number of sitting rooms with good sized flat screen TVs. This came in handy for me because my kids and wife go to bed several hours before I do. The neighborhood is just okay (highway with light industrial sites) with not much nearby. The hotel makes up for this by having a fairly frequent shuttle to the airport, public transportation, and nearby restaurants. However, the hotel is far enough away that getting into Boston seemed to be a bit of a trek factoring in the shuttle. In our case, our vacation was split between three days at a downtown Boston hotel for time in the city and three days at the Hampton for seeing sites outside of the city (Lexington/Concord, Plymouth, etc). We drove our own car so we did not need to use the shuttle, but the expected time to get into the city and back discouraged us from going into the city when we were at the Hampton. Overall, it was a very good experience.
“VERY impressed!”
the breakfast was overwhelming.... so much to choose from. Really appreciated the ride to the "T" to see all that Boston had to offer. Looking forward to returning.
“Hampton Inns Never Disappoint!”
I've stayed at Hampton In's all over and they never disappoint! Service is excellent, love the breakfast buffet! The rooms are always clean and comfortable! This particular one is not in the best area but they have a shuttle service that leaves every 15 minutes to take you to the T and when you return , you just call and they come get you! If your looking for a place to stay outside of Boston with the convenience of not having to drive, this is perfect!
“Loved Boston!”
Since we are not from the area, we were really relying on shuttles and such to get to and from the city. The airport shuttle was a godsend...we didn't even have to wait very long for it once we got to Boston and it runs 24 hours, so even if you have a flight that it later in the evening like ours, shuttle is still available. Check-in was very smooth and once we had our luggage stowed, we went to the restaurant on premises. They don't have a large menu, but a pretty good variety of things to choose from. An added bonus, was that the trolley tour that we were going on (The Old Town Trolley) actually picks you up at the hotel in the morning at 9 and will bring you back to the hotel if you catch their trolley at 5:30...way convenient!!! The rooms weren't super huge, but we didn't really need that. Had plenty of space to move around and not be falling all over each other. The bed was huge....I guess the only thing that we had trouble with, was a pillows. Guess we were just used to ones that are firmer, but I think that all hotel pillows are soft like that. Neighborhood wasn't very picturesque, but were very close to city and airport, not to mention the offered shuttle service to the T and a couple of restaurants...there were even 4 or 5 restaurants that deliver too. Staff was very helpful and nice...definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boston!!!
“Nice place to stay; hotel shuttle was very slow in picking me up at airport”
The checkin service was good. The room was neat and clean. My only complaint was having to wait nearly a half hour for the complimentary shuttle at the airport in freezing weather. However, the driver was very helpful in helping me pull my many pieces of luggage to my room.
“Rooms okay, bar and breakfast iffy”
If you want a nice room close to the airport this is okay. Arriving late just made it to the bar at 11 for last call (only place I could get a bottle of watrer). Smelled funny in there but wasn't there long. Breakfast was tasteless steamed scrambled eggs with equally tasteless biscuits and ham. Took one bite and headed out with out adventuring for another.
“excellent stay”
Very friendly service during my now 5th stay at this wonderful hotel. All conveniences in walking distance (restaurants/mall), but you can always take the free shuttle. At my arrival there was a little misunderstanding and my call didnt get through so I had to wait a little longer for the shuttle. But on the way back I was late and they managed to get me to the airport in time...thank you so much for this service. Television with plenty of channels, pay TV for recent movies, free high speed internet (skype compatible) and a good extensive breakfast. Thanks for another wonderful stay at your hotel.
“Good place to stay for airport”
