Too out of the way for my tastes.

Cons: A room safe and mini-fridge would be nice.
Location: There is NOTHING to do nearby. But the shuttle is good and the hotel bar and restaurant was good.
Out in the middle of nowhere, canĀ“t walk to anything. However, the shuttle was good and got us to the T and the airport in a reasonably timely manner. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

Pros: Staff, Location, Shuttles, Breakfast, Bar
Cons: Some small spots of mildew and mold in the tub/shower.
Excellent airport hotel! I was very satisfied with the airport shuttle service and shuttle to the train station to take the "T" into Boston. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Besides a delicious continental breakfast, the coffee and cookie bar was a nice touch.

Pros: Proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle.
Cons: Have something available for quests to eat if they have an early flight. Also expand the restaurant menu, not much choice.
Location: No time to look or enjoy things to do near by.
Needed a room close to the airport for a very early morning flight. Found the room was quite small and bed not that comfortable. Room only had a shower would be nice to have a choice for the price paid for six hours of sleep. Hotel had a breakfast but we couldn't enjoy it because of the early flight and the restaurant is actually a lounge/bar. No where else close by to eat.

Pros: Quite, peaceful, and good breakfast.

Location: Not a lot to do near by. Good stay for Logan Airport and downtown Boston
Convienent for tour of Boston with shuttle to Wood Island Station and brief (3) stop ride to downtown.

Pros: Great service and very friendly staff. The hotel was clean and well maintained
Cons: Our only negative comment centered on the fact that you appeared to be in the middle of an industrial area
Location: The location was poor although the shuttle service did its best to deal with the problem
This hotel has a great staff and we really enjoyed our stay .The only negative feature was its location.

Pros: Convenient location, price, comfort, friendliness of busy staff. A place where a lot of flight crews stay, who are interesting to overhear on shuttle.
Cons: Nothing realistically.
Location: Near Logan close to downtown Boston with all the grandness of a big, old city.
Still expensive but on the low end for Boston, very friendly staff, good morning breakfast, free shuttle to Logan and car rentals, rooms clean and comfortable.

Two miles from the airport

Pros: Ease of access to all forms of transportation.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Located near Logan Airport (not on the property), all bus lines, and the Blue train line. There is nothing to do but relax at the hotel.
My family stayed with the Hampton Inn at Logan Airport for five days and couldn't be happier. The hotel is a typical Hampton Inn property but what makes it better than most is the staff. The were simply awesome, always happy to help and always smiling. The location is strange, it is near all major forms of transportation, yet there is really nothing close by (food, entertainment). We also realized that it seems to be the hotel for jetBlue crews and staff because there was a constant flow of employees in and out. The location also has an on site bar (first time I have ever witnessed a bar at a Hampton Inn) which was warm and friendly.

Great place to stay and get around by foot!

Pros: The courtesy breakfasts had a nice change every day. Appreciated the bananas, yogurt variety, cranberry juice, and hard boiled eggs.
Cons: The pick-up shuttle service at the day's end. Once we called and the message didn't get through. We were then asked who we spoke to -- we had no idea.
Location: Only 2 evening restaurants near hotel. Otherwise, the shuttle and access to mass transit is great and quickly leads to any attraction that you like.
