Nice hotel close to attrations

This hotel is really nice. Enjoyed our 2 night stay! Kids enjoyed the pool which was only 3 1/2 feet deep but was perfect for my daughter being 6 yes old. The only problem was being woke up at 430 am from the fire alarm going off...

Decent hotel, fairly close to tourist attractions

We stayed for 3 nights. The area was a little sketchy but we didn't walk around much due to the weather.

Medical stay

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: Room size and comfort. Breakfast is great!
Cons: It would be nice if the rooms had a mini refrigerator.
Location: There is not a lot to do nearby as it is close to BU and BMC. But if you are going to the hospital , is the perfect place.
We stayed there because of my dad's surgery (the hospital is right in front). The room we got (for disabled) was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast (which is included) is pretty good and they always have tea and coffee available. If you are going to be in the hospital, is the perfect place for its location (walking distance).

The city hotel

Posted Jan 21, 2015
The hotel is nice, clean and close to the main places, breakfast is very good. The only problem I had was that the swimming pool was not open because of maintaining issues. Also have to pay $25 per day for parking. Parking is veyr hard to find.

I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past two years during my travels to Boston for medical care at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana Faber Cancer Center. I had traveled to Boston previously for 16 years staying at major hotels - for business, for conference, for vacation and for medical attention. However I have enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Crosstown Boston most. It is very comfortable, very modern, very clean and provides exceptional service and very helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast every day is awesome and the business center has all the amenities. The complimentary shuttle to and from the hospital and the airport is also very convenient and takes all the worry out of getting to go where you need to go. Yes - I will most definitely return to the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Nice hotel, staff friendly and very helpful/

Pros: Breakfast and the shuttle to the hospitals.
Cons: To have the breakfast area open 15 minutes before the 6am shuttle for those to get something quick and no 3 hour gap without shuttle service from 12-3
Location: Did not go to anything nearby went everyday to Boston Childrens hospital via their shuttle.
Desk staff at night forgot to dispatch the shuttle to pick us up at Boston Childrens hospital. Had to pay for a cab to get back to the hotel. (was reimbursed at end of stay) still an inconvience to have to wait and then find a way back after a stressful day at the hospital where our daughter was in ICU. Shuttle van driver very helpful and nice. Ladies running the breakfast area were very helpful and do a great job. Overall the hotel was good, will stay there again as we will have to make more trips to Boston Childrens with our daughter.
