Very Good

Would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but other than that the hotel was ideal for our needs.

It's a small hotel but fairly nice. It's within walking distance to the subway and the waterfront.

We went to a bruins game and decided that we were gonna stay the night ...this hotel is a nice walk to the garden... And wicked close to Quincy market.. The only problem we had was the parking lot they give a discount was full so we had to find another place to park ...

Pros: I liked the 'loft style' brick walls and wood motiff
Location: as it is Boston, try out the nearby pubs and eateries.
near downtown and tourist destination...room service shuts down ~11:00 p.m. so be prepared

Great location!

The Harborside Inn is in a great spot in the city, especially if you're going to visit the New England Aquarium or Faneuil Hall. Nice, big rooms and convenient bar area for late night drinks or morning coffee.

Great location and a good nights sleep

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Location and room
Cons: No
Location: Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market Place, Aquarium, China town and freedom trail
We stayed at the Harbourside Inn on Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 15th of February. Both stays were very good with nothing to complain about. We booked the Atrium room which was exactly as described. There is a window that looks on to an internal Atrium. The room as very quiet ( we did not hear the army of workers trying to clear the snow from the streets outside) and the bed comfortable. Located right next to the Aquarium stop it is easy to get to Faneuil hall. In fact, as Boston is a relatively small city we found it easy to get to most of the key sites (despite 6 ft high piles of snow)

Pros: They had a dvd and vhs player in the room! The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was spacious.
Cons: There is a window in the room that looks into the hallway. There are blinds, but no curtains. Curtains would be nice.
Location: Right on the wharf! There are galleries and a subway stop nearby
Best price in the area with no compromises on facilities' quality. Great staff, serves starbucks in the lobby, full bar, extremely comfortable bed, dim-able lights, fridge and lockbox in the closet. Great facilities- nautical themed. Really enjoyed my stay!

Great place to land

I stayed here when Boston was almost shut down due to snow (the shut down part happened the next day). It was a quick overnight between a bus and train connection. The two times I interacted with the front desk they instantly understood what I needed and sent me in the right direction. The wifi was seamless. The cleaning person didn't know I hadn't checked out - although it all worked. And I would have loved a hot bath rather than a very impressive/well working shower. But I'd stay here again.
