This was a business trip. Have never been to your hotel. I loved the coziness and the trendiness of the hotel. I will be coming back to Boston in a few weeks and will definitely be staying at The Harborside Inn. Thank you, Liz Christopher

Convenient, Comfortable, Professional

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Clean hotel with attention to everything being clean; friendly, accomodating personnel; located within walking distance of historical Boston.
Cons: Our bed was a little uncomfortable.
Location: Within 2-3 blocks of Faneuil Hall and great restaurants, and 1 block from the trolley stop.
Stayed here for two nights prior to flying to Ireland. Totally enjoyed the stay! This was our first stay in Boston, and we wanted somewhere close to the historic sites in Boston (check!), comfortable (check!), clean (check!), where the staff were friendly and efficient (check!), and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg (check!) The lobby is beautifully post-modern, and a great place to relax. The lobby flows into the bar, where the side wall opens up in the morning to reveal a Starbucks. Off to the side of the lobby is a business center. Our room was quiet and well designed, but a little tight for two people. But since we were out and about most of the day, it wasn't a problem for us.

Nice hotel close to merchant street

Posted Apr 22, 2015
The hotel was small, a very old building that had been well-renovated. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was no "free breakfast," but the coffee shop and bar right in the ground floor of the building were convenient enough. The best part of it was the location. It is right next to a T station which made transportation super easy. No rental car required. It is also within EASY walking distance of Merchant's Row, Chantham Row, and the outdoor mall complex (including "Cheers" bar and Hard Rock Cafe'). Unique Boston culture is only steps away. The interacting staff could have been a bit more accommodating, but over all, I would choose the same hotel again if I ever get a chance to go back to Boston.

Great location and staff, very clean

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Stayed here for 3 days, greeted by very friendly and helpful front desk personnel, found a clean and good-sized room. The location was perfect - you are in the middle of it all! I walked to the conference center (20 min walk), the Prudential building (40 min), Quincy Square (1 min), the commons park (10 min), fish/fruit-vegetable market (3 min), premium shopping (4 min), restaurants (1-2 min) including John Hook & Co (eat here for sea food!) cafes (1-2min). Just perfect for me as I enjoy to walk...it was also the start of spring so it was nice to be outside. Great staff - thank you Carley and Amanda for your help in getting around town, to feel comfortable exploring the town, and for always smiling! Room Tip: I stayed on the side facing Milk street and was woken up 2 nights in a row as e night life is very a... Stayed April 2015, traveled solo

Great location close to restaurants, pubs, etc.

Nice comfortable room in a great location near the aquarium, restaurants, pubs. Short walk to North End. Only issues were that there was no outside view from my room and it was a little noisy.

The room was more like a storage no view of anything at all. Bathroom shower floor was dirty and we cleaned it ourselves.

Nice boutique hotel by the Harbor/North End

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: Lobby and Location
Cons: The mirror in the room takes up WAY too much space and I hated being forced to stare at myself (and I am cute). I'd add some color like the lobby
Location: Fanuiel Hall, Quincy Market, North End, Harbor Aquarium... made for some nice exploring walks
The hotel lobby is updated and very aesthetically modern/kitschy and artfully pleasing. The room was very small, dark and uninviting. With all the color in the lobby I was expecting more than a brown out when I got to the room. It was set up like a party room (stereo, giant get ready mirror and a minnie fridge) and the people above us were pretty much coming through the ceiling the entire night. If you're getting ready for a night out with the girls... this place is perfect. I guess I just expected more bang for my buck. But the location was great for North End exploring. Staff was very nice and the room and bathroom was clean.

Great location, dark room

Posted Apr 12, 2015
The room was dark, felt like nighttime all the time. The window looked out over an atrium that was dimly lit. But the room was comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the lobby was great and welcoming, and location of the hotel was perfect, right near the North End, just next to Faneuil Hall, and 3 feet away from a T stop. Perfect location, quiet hotel. But pricey for the dark room!
