Short walk to fenway park for concert. Parking at hotel very easy

Very nice hotel, but expensive and poor service.

Pros: Great room, nice view and great location.
Cons: Poor service.
Location: Close to a number of attractions and to nice restaurants.
I was coming to Boston for only 2 days and I booked a superior room in this hotel. I arrived late and had to wait a long time at the reception to just talk to someone about my reservation. I was told that the hotel was overbooked, and that they might have to move me to another hotel! Luckily, they were able to find a room for me after a very long wait… Apart from that, the room was large and very comfortable. The view was nice and the hotel was well located.

I've stayed here on business many times. The staff is friendly, very helpful and responsive want request. The rooms are clean and fresh, the beds and pillows comfortable and the views are Great.

good location,mediocre experience

Pros: The doorman/bellman and the location
Cons: Updating furnishings,replacing worn and stained furniture. The cleanliness could definitely be improved!!!
Location: Close to museums and other iconic attractions, easy access to Cambridge
The hotel is in a great location for easy access to Boston sites and Harvard. We however, had a room that was located directly across street from CONSTANT NOISEY construction and got very little sleep!!! The room looked nice but upon closer inspection furniture was worn/stained and the room/bathroom did not feel very clean. The bellman/doorman were AWESOME,excellent customer service from them . For the money we paid,I think there are other far nicer hotel choices but we were there for graduation and took what we could get,even though we booked 10 months out.

central location, friendly staff

Pros: Hotel staff are very friendly.
Cons: Had a rental car but used Uber extensively. Driving/parking in Boston/Cambridge area is challenge.
Location: Nice restraints nearby
booked two rooms for daughter's graduation. Very happy with staying.

Hotel mit gewissen Mängeln

Pros: Nettes Personal an der Rezeption.
Location: Back Bay mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe.
Couchtisch war nicht gereinigt (klebrige Flecken / Reste). Matrazen für mich gewöhnungsbedürftig und unkomfortabel (sehr hart). Große Straßenbaustelle nebenan (am Wochenende nur ein optischer Schandfleck).

Large room, no shower.

I had a very nice room with a king bed. Unfortunately they were having maintainance issues and the hot water was out for 24 hours, meaning I couldn't shower before a lunch and then dinner meetings. The only compensation offered was a coupon for Starbucks.

街の中心部から近く、便利。フェンウェイパークからも徒歩圏内なので、野球観戦に便利。 一階にスタバがあるので、便利だが、早い時間に閉まってしまうのが、もう一歩。 一階の売店がもう少し充実していればいうことない。
