Nice Hotel/ Good Location

Pros: Good location, easy on and off I90 and easy parking.
Cons: Clean the curtains.
Location: Location is walking distance to Dunkin' Donuts which made me happy. Shopping/restaurants around the corner. 10 min taxi ride to TD Garden.
We booked this room to stay a night after a concert at the Garden which was a 10 min taxi ride from hotel. Staff was knowledgeable about the area and curteous. Parking is available at the hotel and easy to get in and out of. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to Fenway and a quick T or taxi ride to Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, any many attractions.

Excellent location, good for sightseeing

Pros: Location
Cons: A microwave for tea making as coffee machine was a bit slow though did provide very hot water
Location: Copley Square shops, walking distance of Boston Common and start of Freedom trail.
Stayed for 1 week in a room with my elderly mother and daughter. All enjoyed it.

Pros: Not a lot of rooms per floor so the elevator was pretty quick at arriving.
Cons: The infused water should be a kept filled at all times but tended to be empty towards the end of the day. Weather was in the 90's.
Location: It was centrally located to the T and shops at the Prudential Ctr which served us well.
It doesn't feel like we were getting the best room selection when booking through Expedia given the room pictures for the site didn't match the room we stayed in. The microwave described on the hotel website didn't specify that the microwave was not included with the room rate and was an additional $20 for the stay. Which isn't bad but given it wasn't disclosed felt a bit underhanded. All in all it was just okay, met the needs but didn't surpass any expectations.

Pros: Location
Very well located for Back bay - just a 2 minute walk from Newbury Street. I'm by no means a keen walker but found this a very easy and pleasant walk to other Boston attractions such as the Esplanade, the Common and the Freedom Trail - probably a 20 to 30 minute walk to the start of the latter. Rooms were spacious but a little tired looking, but certainly more than adequate. Check in was amongst the quickest I have ever had at a 'large' hotel - the guy on the desk, without directly being rude, didn't really seem to care at all - no welcome chit chat or pointers on the local area etc - didn't bother us at all, but others may have seen it as a bit rude! All other staff were perfectly pleasant.

This is a beautiful hotel very close to the Prudential center and Newbury street shopping. Easy access to the T, and a dunkin donuts!

Cons: Bathroom toilet and shower need upgrading
Location: Good Starbucks is near, the one at Hotel ran out of stuff very early and is understaffed
We had trouble getting directions to the hotel Parking by the hotel operator

Stayed here multiple times due to friendliness & efficiency of staff plus being in a great location! Only 10 minutes walk from Fenway Park & even less to the bars on Boylston & shops on Newbury

Nice hotel good location down town

Location: Great food at Cheesecake Factory around corner close to great shopping and fenway park
We are very happy with every thing but no free wifi in the rooms at that price you want free wifi and parking

beautiful hotel

Pros: we booked a two day hop on hop off bus tour before we went on holiday - to our great surprise - the bus stop was straight across the street from us.
Location: great central location, near to Boston Red Sox ground, great shopping and restaurants, Very exclusive neighbourhood.
