too epensive

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Based upon price and comparison with other hotels this is over priced ...as s Hiton honors member I got no free wifi or access to the guest lounge but when I stayed at a Hilton in Chicago I did ...seems like something is lacking with the management staff

Ideal for a short Boston stay

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, bed comfort, speedy lifts. Water bottles in the room.
Cons: A warmer welcome. Some other teabags than camomile for no caffeine drinkers.
Location: Easy access to the Prudential Centre and Boylston street restaurants.
This was our first visit to the Hilton, though we have stayed at another Back Bay hotel on 2 previous occasions. I was disappointed with the just business like welcome from the man on reception, but on all other occasions the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a good bathroom with a speedy bathfill. The easy availability of computers in the lounge area was also appreciated. We would be quite happy to stay in future. It represented good value.

Visited Boston with my friends so we booked a double bed room and add a roll away bed. Overall our stay was really comfortable except that my friend who sleep on that roll away bed said the bed was too firm and was not that comfortable.

Nice hotel but a bit impersonal

Posted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: Room comfortable. Good Location.
Cons: Staff polite enough, but make no effort to engage with guests outside of what is required so felt a bit impersonal.
Location: Very central. Next door to Prudential Centre, shops and restaurants. Very close to Subway so easy to get around.
Good hotel, in a central location. Room comfortable, I was moved from first room as it had a connecting door which made it a bit noisy when there were folk staying in the adjoining room, no such problem with 2nd room which was also a bit bigger. Didn't make use of hotel facilities except for the internet connection which is pricey at around £10 a day, no option for only an hour which some other hotels which charge for WiFi offer. Still not sure these days why any hotel especially one which caters for lots of conventions charges at all for WiFi. Compared to other hotels in Boston (I have now stayed in 8!) it was a bit impersonal, no sense of being a valued guest but room good enough.

Saturday Night Stay

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Parking
Stayed overnight on a Saturday while visiting friends for Harpoon Octoberfest. I was able to check into my room early which was a huge bonus & allowed to make my stay 10x better. Our room was on the 25th floor & it was very clean & had a nice view of the Charleston. The bed was amazing, pillows & comforter were plush & SO comfortable. Check out is at a fair time of noon the next day so we had time to visit the pool & hot tub Sunday morning before we left. The hotel gym was also fantastic, great equipment - any cardio machine (specifically treadmill) that has a TV attached with cable A+ in my book. My only complaint is how expensive overnight parking is for hotel guests. There should be some type of promotion for hotel guests since $45+ is very high! We would have parked on the street or in a cheaper garage if we knew beforehand.

Cheap Hotel Close to Prudential Centre

Posted Oct 6, 2014
We stayed in a room for 3 people and the Hilton gave us 2 double beds - great for the single oerson, much too small for the couple. Plus the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, there was obvious blobs of dried toothpaste in the bathroom.

Nice Hotel/ Good Location

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: Good location, easy on and off I90 and easy parking.
Cons: Clean the curtains.
Location: Location is walking distance to Dunkin' Donuts which made me happy. Shopping/restaurants around the corner. 10 min taxi ride to TD Garden.
We booked this room to stay a night after a concert at the Garden which was a 10 min taxi ride from hotel. Staff was knowledgeable about the area and curteous. Parking is available at the hotel and easy to get in and out of. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to Fenway and a quick T or taxi ride to Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, any many attractions.
