beautiful hotel

Pros: we booked a two day hop on hop off bus tour before we went on holiday - to our great surprise - the bus stop was straight across the street from us.
Location: great central location, near to Boston Red Sox ground, great shopping and restaurants, Very exclusive neighbourhood.
fabulous location, very friendly staff, great views from the rooms

It's just okay

The hotel is just okay comparing to other hotels in the same price range. But the rooms are more comfortable than some of the boutique hotels when travelling with small children.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Easy access to all of Boston's historic sites, restaurants, Fenway Park, etc.

The only thing I really thought was a bummer was that one has to pay $14.95 per day for WiFi. Most hotels are now providing it. I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel but very nice and comfortable.

City break

Cons: Update hotel
Location: Near prudential centre and trolley tours
Booked over 6 months ago but were given rooms 5 floors apart. They said they were full but after complaint and speaking to supervisor was given rooms 1 floor apart so they were not full. Spa was covered with brown scum and hairs. Pool dirty. Don't use restrooms in lobby disgusting. Good location, rooms ok. Very old hotel and not worth the money.

Decent hotel and convenient location

Not like the plastic bathtub at all, the bottom of the tub has air floating when you step on it, this cheap and deterior quality is hardly found in a 3-4 star international chain hotels. I ordered the rollaway bed, but it never came during my three days stay.

Nice hotel but don't book a double room!

Nice and clean, great gym and close to city BUT booked a double room as they stated it was for 4 adults...when we got to the room you couldn't even stand in the room nor even role over in the beds....when we went to the front desk they were very helpful and gave us a bigger room but stated "yes our beds are small", don't advertise a room that fits 4 adults when it barely fits 2!

Location: Located in the heart of Back Bay - easy access to all Boston attractions.
Easy walk to Fenway Park, the T, tour buses and all easy access to all Boston attractions. Some fine eating places close by.
