“Excellent, even on a sold-out weekend”

I just enjoyed a 3-night stay which happened to span Valentine's Day. When I first checked in, the clerk indicated that the suite I had already paid for on Expedia wasn't available, but a manager quickly stepped in to fix things. From that point on, everything was wonderful. The room was clean & spacious. The staff was very friendly & helpful, even with my occasionally crabby 16-month-old. I never felt rushed or ignored despite their being fully booked. Access to the T & all the touristy stuff was great. We'll be back!

Very clean and the hotel staff was very personable. Parked around the corner to save money for parking (parking garage was $10 a day and hotel parking was $36!) Great view of city and close to everything!

“Very nice place to stay”

Nice atmosphere, very well located, staff was very nice, good service, restaurant was good for breakfast. Hotet in general a bit on the expensive side (but Boston is in general expensive). Car valet service a bit expensive but you could take in and out the car when needed (although do not recommend to take a car to Boston, but we had to), would definitely stay there againg.

“GREAT STAY AT HILTON FINANCIAL DISTRICT”

HAD A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE AT THE HILTON FINANCIAL DISTRICT IN BOSTON. THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING IN JUST A SHORT WALK. THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, AND THEY SEEMED TO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT OUR STAY THERE.

“Great location”

This hotel is close the the water, and all the attractions most people want to see. We never needed our car once we got to the hotel as we were able to walk to all of the locations. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the concierge service to the waiters/waitresses in the dining area. Room was on the 14th floor had was very clean and spacious and had a great view. We had the fmaily package that included a free movie and tickets to the aquarium and that worked out very well. Althought they had a family package and we loved it, it felt more like a hotel for professional people and not familes with kids. But really we only needed it for sleeping and our breakfasts, so overall it worked perfectly for what we needed.

If you are looking for a convenient, clean and safe hotel the Hilton Boston Financial District is the place. One can walk to so many places. The staff is polite and very accommodating. I would go back in a second.
