Hilton Boston Hotel - Downtown

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Politeness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, very nice food in the restaurant and very good spirits selection in the bar
Cons: Include free wifi in the rooms and refresh bathrooms
Location: The hotel is located in the financial district. it is at walking distance from many locations in the center of Boston.
Excellent location and wonderful hotel. Rooms are well spacious and forniture and in good conditions. Amenities supplied of good quality. Breakfast is very nice and quality of food of good standard at an acceptable price. Our rooms were on the 4th floor and we had no problem with street traffic noise

Great location, well-serviced hotel

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: In hotel restaurant with good breakfast buffet carried one through with small snacks until dinner. Main lobby business center was very convenient.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Hotel is near about half way along historic walk. Lots of food options nearby.
The location is wonderful for sightseeing, and easy 1 mile walk to conference center for those there for business. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we had everything needed for comfortable combined-purpose visit. Parking the car and walking or short taxi rides is best approach to handling traffic.

Great location and very nice hotel for visiting downtown Boston. Short walk to North end and Fanueil Hall sites and right in the financial district if you're there for work.

Nice hotel.

Posted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: Room was dark, like a cave. Need to lighten it up and if possible add some amenities to the hotel.
Location: Good location. Steps from Quincy Market, Long Warf and numerous bars and restaurants.
Clean, good location, lots of restaurants and bars but other than fitness centre and restaurant there isn't much else to this hotel.

Terrific Location

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Location, Location, Location!!
Cons: They would like you to use bath towels more than once, which is okay but the need to add more hooks in the bathroom.
Location: Hilton 89 Broad St. is near most attractions or get a taxi or step on the trolley.
Hilton downtown business district is in walking distance to Faneuil Hall & Quincy Market. Hotel is also near the Harbor for ferry tours and trolley. Hilton gave us a room on 5th floor Sat. night some street noise from nearby pubs but hardly any traffic. The room was clean and pleasant but not enough towel hooks in bathroom also a little warm in bathroom even with A/C, double beds and pillows comfortable. Hotel is a little expensive but what isn't in downtown Boston you basically get what you pay for. I would suggest valet parking $50. per night, traffic on main Blvd. is a nightmare. Make sure you always have your room card because it also works the elevators.Overall we enjoyed our hotel and Boston.

Great hotel and well situated

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Location, room size, cleanliness, and staff
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Location: Very close to restaurants, harbor front, and a short walk to TD Gardens. Boston-Logan is a short taxi ride away.
This Hilton was very well situated for all of our vacation activities. As nice as the physical property was the staff were both very friendly and well able to answer questions, give directions, or arrange transportation. I will stay here agin and would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Queen bed is ways too small
Great hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk to most historical sites and it's awesome water water front walk. 15 minutes to the airport ($20 to the hotel)10 minutes to little italy for good food, and Chinatown for cheap food. This hotel has guess laundry facility a must for people enjoying packing light. The queen bed is more like a French double so i't kinda small fot 2 adults. The hotel charges $35.00 for a roll away. So book 2 queens for 2 people. The hotel uses excellent mattress it's soooo comfy.
