Convenient location

Posted May 17, 2015
Pros: space
Location: New England Aquarium, Boston Duck Tours, Boston Harbor Cruises, Quincy Market
It was noisy because of the big ventilating fans out side on the room.

Centrally Located in downtown.

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Everything was so close and excellent service.
Cons: Our room was on the small side but very cosy, we would have asked for a larger room. (if we intended to spend time in the hotel)
Location: Walking distance to waterfront, market, shopping on Washington Street, City Hall and North End, and subway station. Very close to everything.
Great!! Very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly , extremely helpful for provide information on tourist attractions. They made some excellent recommendations to a variety of wonderful restaurants, things to do, walking routes, which all made our trip more memorable.

Good location just a lot of stuff broken

Posted May 11, 2015
Overall ok stay but my room had no power in half when we showed up, the phone didn't allow outgoing calls (had to use cell phone long distance to call front desk) and the tap in the bathroom leaks everywhere while off, making all our bathroom stuff wet. The maids solution is not to fix it but to put down a towel with my stuff on top. Staff were friendly and location is good Food and Internet are way overpriced though

Nice hotel close to everything

Posted May 4, 2015
Cons: Rooms are a bit tight, but tidy
Location: Walk to everything
Enjoyed our weekend stay. Was disappointed that the wifi wasn't free and the room was tiny, but we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying Boston anyway.

nice hotel located close to all the attractions

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: The concierege,Mr Mckinnon, was extremely helpful giving us directions and helped make our stay in Boston fun and enjoyable.
Location: The location is close enough that you can walk to all the locations.
My wife and I had a wonderful time in Boston. We walked to all the attractions and ate our dinners in the Italian neighborhood in the north end.We found the people of Boston very friendly. I would recommend staying at the downtown Hilton /Faneuil hall.

Construction is currently going on!

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Inform your guests of construction and make some accomadations.
Location: Faneuil Hall and markets
I was really disappointed with this Hilton property. I was surprisingly woken up at 7am by hammers and drills. Coming from the west coast, this was 4am for me. There was no mention of this through the booking, nothing when I checked in and when I called down to complain and asked to move, they told me construction has happening on every floor, nothing would help. What kind of response is that from a Hilton?? No other concession was made. The room was nice enough and location great, but until you are leaving at 7am or don't have to work in the hotel, don't stay there right now.

Great hotel in Faneuil hall area

Posted Apr 5, 2015
Loved the hotel in general. Great location. There is a lot of construction/renovation going on so if you want to sleep late this is not the hotel for you...our room was nicely renovated with a nice big bathroom. But strangely the room smelled slightly musty. Also old pretzels behind the nightstand. No minibar

Couple stay

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: High quality everything
Cons: nowt
Location: Worst thing about location, all nearby coffee shops close over the weekend. However it is close to the Aquarium, Faneuil Hall, Tea Party Museum & Ship
It is clean, well situated for things although being not central downtown, surrounded by bars, but not noisily so, easy to get to from the airport.

Boston Flower & Garden Show weekend

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Service was wonderful. The Staff always greeted us with smiles and very happy to assist.
Cons: I would not recommend breakfast at "Nix's Mate", located in the hotel. I understand it is a separate entity from the Hilton. Our breakfast was cold.
Went to Boston and stayed 2 nights. Room was great, Spacious and comfortable.
