Wonderful location to walk everywhere. Close to the T station easy access to the airport. Lots of great shopping and bars in the area. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful.

Pros: it is close to many attractions
Cons: communication among staff.
Location: Fanueil Hall, aquarium, science museum, Freedom Trail. train station
When we booked we were guaranteed connecting rooms. When we arrived were told they don't guarantee that. I gave them the name of the employee who told us. We registered at 11:30 and we told we could bring our luggage up to one of the rooms and the second room would be ready at 3, the regular check in time. When we went back at 4:30 we were told our room was not ready because it hadn't been cleaned yet and would be ready at 5. we were paying from 3 on. I did tell them that was not acceptable as we had three children and two more adults waiting to check in. It was only after saying this that a manager came and got us new rooms that were connected-what we originally asked for and were told wasn't available.

Lots of great places to eat, great town!

My Experience at the Hilton I called and asked several questions: Breakfast was to be included in the price of the Hotel $200 a night. ( Expedia $155 a night ) But they forgot to mentioned that its just cereal, eggs not incl! I was charged $50, I was in hurry, so I signed the bill, charged it to my room and left without saying a word. A few days later I spoke with the manager of the hotel, I explained what happened and without hesitation his responsive was " Sorry, I'll take care of that right away" and that was it...The next thing I knew I had some very nice chocolates in my room and letter of apology and an invoice showing that if was all taken care of. The staff was right on! Everyone was focused on guest service. I would stay there again. Oh and by the way, your just a minute or two from Fanuiel Hall and tons of the most breathtaking history of our country. This is a top notch hotel, and yes I travel often and consider myself an expert in hotel guest service. To every employee at the Hilton thank you. PS. To doorman Ed, North Town had great Italian just like you said, thanks. My girlfriend and I had a great time there. Best Regards, Director of Marketing B. Barrett

Pros: Great Location. Lots of Irish Pubs nearby.
Nice Room, very confortable. The gym was good as well. Went for a weekend to relax and had a nice time.

I was spent four days in Boston and was glad I chose this hotel. It was perfectly located, close to major areas of interest to tourists like me. The room was confortable enough and clean. A Great number of excellent restaurants were within a walking distance. I recommend this hotel highly.

Wonderful staff, wonderful room!

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, room size, amenities.
Location: Children's museum, New England Aquarium, Faneuil Hall are all 15 minutes or less walking distance.
My husband and I stayed here over a long weekend with our two small children. Travelling with little people can be a challenge, but the staff at the Hilton went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! From the friendly bellmen taking care of all of our bags, to the concierge who informed us it was drizzling as we were getting ready to head out and offered us an umbrella to use, to the house keeping staff of whom quickly and quietly finished up our room when we surprised her coming back earlier than expected for naps. The room was spacious and clean, we couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Cons: internet is not free
Location: greyhound station, chinatown
We arrived at boston on 11:00 PM. Hilton is very closed to Greyhound lines, just 10 mins walk. After we arrived at lobby, the staff told us they upgraded our room for free. That's really cool. The new room is so big and there're a living room and bedroom. Every room has a big TV. I really love this place.
