“Extremely convenient”
Excellent place to stay the night before an early flight. Attached to the airport, so for some flights you could walk (indoors) to the terminal. For other terminals, shuttle buses run every 15 minutes and get you there in 5. My only (minor) disappointment was that the main restaurant wasn't open for dinner and the pub's menu wasn't well suited to my elderly mother (e.g. clam chowder was the only soup available.) But the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, given that the hotel is on the airport grounds. Self-parking is convenient so valet parking isn't a necessity.
“Restaurant improved; great location”
They do go out of their way to make their very varied customer population satisfied. The night we were there before an early flight, there was a wedding in the lobby (!), which was New Year's Eve, and all went off with great high spirits and communal good will, Meanwhile weary travelers milled back and forth in the background. Restaurant improved, and good service for the price and aspiration level.

We stayed at this hotel because we had an early flight out. Really convenient being able to walk to teh airport through enclosed link to catch an early flight out.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable.
“excellent location and customer service”
Going to Boston and looking for a hotel with excellent service and close to public transportation? Consider this hotel. This was our 1st visit to Boston and staying at Hilton Boston Logan airport was the best choice. The shuttle service to and from the airport is only about 5 minutes, and to the Airport subway station about 5 minutes. From the airport station the best place to hang out was two stops away (Aquarium station) where you can enjoy the many restaurants, shops, street performance, the harbor for cruises and much more. When you get back to the Airport Subway the shuttle would come around frequently and take you back. They did recommend calling them from the subway but I never had to just wait about 5 - 10 minutes and here they come. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean and large. I would surely go back and stay here again.
“Ultimate Airport Convenience”
This hotel really can't be any closer to the airport; there is a sky bridge and you can walk from Terminal E straight to the hotel lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and have nice views of Boston. There is a fairly good business center with computers, phones and a copier. In-room internet service starts at $10 per day (more for a better connection but I found the basic just fine). The room service food was decent, but like all hotels, overpriced. The biggest drawback (in fact, the only negative) about the hotel is that there really aren't any other food options nearby, so you're kind of stuck with the room service or the hotel restaurants; there are several. There is a free shuttle that will take you to any of the airport terminals (if you don't want to walk) or will take you to the T stop. From the T stop, it is only about a 10-minute ride into the downtown.
“nice place to stay”
beds were comfy, showers were hot and clean , staff very helpful with directing me , a first time user of the subway.
“close and wonderful”
we stayed here overnight, as our flight left out of Logan the next morning at 6am. the hotel is beautiful. our room was huge, very comfortable. .staff was great. we would definitely stay there again. the hotel also sent a shuttle to pick us up at our rental car return location to get us to the hotel. nice perk!
“Worth the extra”
You cannot beat the convenience of staying right at Logan after 18 hours of flying. Beds were comfy, towels were plush. The bar/restaurant service was fantastic.
