“Great airport option”

Great location-- walking distance to airport (shuttle also available)and subway. Able to tour Boston easily and get to early flight. Nice coffee stand in lobby that facilitates a quick continental breakfast if you don't want to spend time in restaurant. Only downside is beds were double not queen (seeming to be more and more common in US now) so pretty tight.

“So convienent”

This was truly a luxury to walk from Delta airlines over the skybridge to the Hotel. We would stay again and again.

The hotel was clean, confortable, friendly staff and most of all convenient. The skybridge to the airport was great!

So refreshing to stay at a hotel that is well-managed! This hotel values its customers and consistently focuses on service and guest comfort. Doesn't take its super convenient location for granted; rather its management obviously cares enough to go the extra-mile in ensuring guest satisfaction. Always my first choice near Boston airport based upon superior service alone.

“Nice place!”

We arrived in Boston at 2 a.m. and extremely tired and had booked a one night stay t the Hilton to rest up. We experienced technical difficulties with the airport courtesy phone when calling for the Hotel's shuttle. I tried two different phones and both times I could barely hear the woman on the other end, but she was extremely patience and remained polite when I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said. The Hotel is beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our short visit very much and would recommend it. The staff were helpful and always polite. I was not impressed with the "free" breakfast buffet that came with the room price. The food was cold, greasy and tasteless. The server made up for it though because she was attentative and funny.

The service, room and gym were great. A bottle of juice from the vending machine got stuck and we (me & staff) couldn't get it out, and didn't have the key to give change. The manager comped some other stuff I was buying, even though it was double what the juice cost. I ended up not needing the room over night, just a day room. But couldn't get a refund, as I'd paid through Expedia. They were apologetic and said that if my plans in Boston didn't work out (my room in town), that they'd hold my room for me. All-in-all, I was really pleased with the service from everyone. And the coffe in the kiosk downstairs was very tasty on a cold, March morning.

“Just what every in-transit traveler needs.”

On my way to Iceland, I stayed overnight at this HIlton for its location in the airport. I chose Boston over JFK because I cannot STAND going thru JFK and because JFK has no hotel onsite. Both Logan Airport and the Hilton did not disappoint; my overnight and one day stay in Boston were excellent and relaxing and a welcome break between two five-hour flights. By the way, Boston as a point of entry into the US is excellent; none of the stress of JFK, Philadelphia or, God forbid, LAX.

“A Great Hotel”

Great hotel, very friendly staff, rooms are nice and comfortable. We got a great view of the Bay and Downtown Boston from our room. You can walk to the Hilton from the Terminals at Logan, they also have a 24/7 shuttle that drops and picks you off from the subway station in order to get to Boston. In all i takes about 20 minutes to get down there each way, Super easy. Highly recommend this Hotel for travelers, it is just right.

Excellent location and good service to the airport and to the water taxi service. Good room service food.
