We just needed an overnight stay to go to an appointment at the airport. Hotel was right there so we were able to get shuttle to and from and used the valet service which was wonderful.

Pros: gym
Cons: see above
My room was dirty....the carpet and top of the night table and one of my bathroom lights was out. At breakfast, the oatmeal on the buffet was swimming in water (later was mixed and better). The gym and pool area were both in good shape as they were clean. Surprising that Hilton would have an airport property so tatty as it should be an advertisement for the chain.

no shuttle defeats the purpose of convenience

Posted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: direct link to the airport is convenient.
My small daughter and I arrived, at night, completely tired, in the snow and could not get through to get the shuttle - we called 7 times (very expensive calling on an international phone!) and got put on hold or just cut off. Finally we called a Hilton reservations number who could also not get through (more time on hold at international rates). We finally took a shuttle to another terminal to walk to the hotel and arrived there an hour later. The stellar (ironic moment) was that the check-in staff thought they could compensate us with the "free wifi" which they give you every single time. Even so tired, I had to wait a long time to see the (smirking) manager. I did finally (after another 20 minutes) get a free dinner. But all of this put us into the very late queue for dinner and my poor daughter could not keep her eyes open. By the way, avoid the restaurant - the food is truly dire. Overall not one of those "let's check into the airport hotel to reduce stress" trips.

Walk to your gate from this truly ON airport hotel

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Few airports have hotels placed where you can walk to your gate - this is one of them. Yes, it may be a premium price, but the convenience of being able to get up early and not worry about airport shuttles, taxis etc is worth the difference.

Blizzard Refuge

The most perfect hotel if you need to be close to the airport. Walkways lead you there w/out even going outside. The staff very kind and accomodating. We were there after our flight was cancelled and the hotel was perfect!

Perfect business hotel attached to Logan Airport

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: Wonderful staff, nice atrium lobby.
Cons: A higher-scale restaurant on property.
I wouldn't consider this location for a personal stay, but for three days of business, it was perfect. It is located just across the river from downtown Boston, easily reached by the Blue Line subway train (after a brief bus shuttle to the Airport stop). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The one odd thing about this particular Hilton property was the medium-level of the restaurant options. While good, the two on-property restaurants did not seem to be of the expected quality of Hilton.

An early morning flight

Posted Feb 15, 2015
Pros: connivence to the airport
Location: fly
We needed a place to stay before an early morning flight and this was the perfect place. We were able to walk across the skywalk to the terminal (or free shuttle) making it stress free. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very good.
