Pros: Close proximity to the airport. Staff assisted with my rental car return.
Cons: Inspect the water system.
Water temperature was inconsistant. After setting the water temperature it continuted to get hotter and hotter to the point it was almost steam. Even after setting the faucet to strickly cold the water continued to come out scalding hot.

I had both a King bed and two full bed rooms. The hotel was wonderful overall if you have issues with walking request a room near the elevators because that walk the first time especially with bags is a long one.

Pros: Proximity to airport, tram lines into Boston, free shuttle service ran every 15 minutes. Hotel was modern, updated and nice fitness center.
Cons: nothing I can think of.
Location: Easy to catch the tram line (Blue Line) into Boston.
In town on business, close to airport, hotel shuttle service was excellent, close to shuttle lines into Boston. Staff was very courteous, nice amenities.

Pros: Grand hall, excellent breakfast/dinning area and food. Service are great.
Location: Near to the airport. Very convinient.
We arrived late in 11:50 pm, and leaving two days later in early morning to catch 5:00 am flight. The shuttle service is very convinient in every 15 minutes starting 4 am. in the morning.

Location: Boston Logal airport; quick access to downtown Boston and historic sites.
Wonderful service. The access to transportation was wonderful. Pickup from and to the airport was exceptional and fast; no waiting. Additionally, the hotel will drop you off at the local rail station, and pick you up; also no waiting. Room was clean; staff was friendly and helpful. Made for a great experience.

Location: water taxi to aquarium and then walk all day by the harbour
I arrived on a Saturday before noon and my room was ready. For some wonderful reason I got a room on the very end overlooking the inner harbour! It was perfect! The free shuttle service to and from the train, water taxi and airport was EXCELLENT!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this Hilton!

Pros: Very comfortable bed/bedding.
Cons: For some reason, there were no bath towels in the room; I had to ask a cleaning woman for them. I'm guessing it was an oversight.
On a weekend when every college in Boston was graduating, we had a wedding to attend. Other hotels all had 2-night minimum stays and higher-than-usual rates. The Hilton at the airport had no such restrictions/requirements and yet I don't feel like we compromised on quality at all. Very convenient to get to (right off I-90).

We had an excellent experience for our one night stay. One glitch, after calling twice from airport for their shuttle, we waited for 45 mins. Front desk gentleman said that was unacceptable and deducted $50 from the rate. We thought it was very fair.
