"Hotel with youth flare"
It was a nice hotel with added features that made it unique. The blue lights in the room and the city view on floor 18 was an added plus. I stayed with my boyfriend for the weekend. Hotel staff was nice when we checked in and helpful. It was a nice location, but the valet parking is expensive and the day we checked out we called down to see if we could grab one of the free bathroom supplies that we forgot. And my boyfriend said the guy on the phone paused and was like ok. No one came up with the item. So I guess staff will be nice and helpful up until your checkout day.

"Excellent stay"
We have stayed at the Park Plaza several times and we have always been pleased. The main lobby is undergoing a renovation and we were disappointed that the chandelier that used to hang in the lobby has been moved. Out with the old and in with the new might not be the best idea for this historic hotel.

"Pretty good"
Rooms are nice but if you are looking for no noise this is not for you. No sound dampening so you hear all the street and hallway noise. Buffet is pricey and not worth it in my opinion. It is still a nice hotel.

"Nice vacation club hotel close to downtown"
This is the converted custom house near Boston Harbor that has been converted to a Marriott Vacation Club Condos. They did an excellent job retaining the historic grandeur of the building and making it into a very comfortable and wonderful place to stay. We only stayed one night, as they rent out the condos for a night or for a week or whatever. It has all of the comforts of any hotel and a very helpful and courteous staff. Dining facility is limited to a limited breakfast menu, but literally across the street are plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs and light dining places. Very nice

"Wonderful Historic Inn. "
After reading some of the other review I was worried but we had a fantastic stay! What a nice break for modern day life. When we checked in we were handed real key, actual keys to our room (no plastic cards). I loved it. The staff was fantastic! The front desk staff personally takes you to your room. Yes, it is a maze and the floors are slanted but that is the charm. It was built in the 1700's. It was like stepping back in time. The room was small but very comfortable. The bathroom, again small, was recently updated and wonderful (note no hairdryers in the rooms). We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel and found the prices to be great and the food delicious. They have a wonderful menu selection. Our service was outstanding. The location is in the heart of Concord. I loved staying her, as did my kids. I would prefer to stay her over many 'modern' hotels. For the price I thought it was a great value. Loved it!
