"Well located"
The location was great you can walk all over. The major complaint is the bathroom which was tiny. We were in a large room which had a couch and two chairs - a whole living area really. Despite that you could not fit more than one person in the bathroom to get ready. Pedestal sink is also a bad idea. Absolutely no room for toiletries.

"Excellent stay."
We go to Boston probably 5 times a year maybe more and we always stay close to the Boston Common. Well why not the Park Plaza it's close it's right on the Green line for getting around it's perfect. The facility has been refurbished and looks beautiful. It's just a great place to stay.

"Comfy hotel."
Lovely stay. Close to T line. A bit of a walk to Prudential but otherwise well placed for freedom trail. Hotel was great and the only issue we had was they did not have free internet. You could purchase if necessary, but I think in this day and age it should just be included.

"Great hotel, will go back"
We loved the room. It was HUGE for being in such an old building. The furnishings were comfortable as well. The only downside was the shower head. I have a lot of hair and the small size of the shower head made it hard to get all of the soap out, but other than that, I loved the design of the room. The front desk was very nice. The hotel was so easy to get to as well. It's right by a T stop making it easy to go see other parts of the city too. It also has free wifi which was nice. There was a sofa in the room too which was nice.

Great way to enjoy colonial Concord -- staying in the historic Inn we had a wonderful sense of "place." Nice to have a touch of history with modern plumbing! Dinner in the pub was excellent.
