Great location for us. Had a problem with the TV which was fixed promptly. The room was large especially for a city. There was a concert at the Garden and I noticed many men asking for money that night. Our room faced the street the hotel provided a white noise machine to mask the traffic noises.

Hotel was wonderful across the restaurant and staff inside. Unfortunately realized after we had departee that the valet left a scratch on the back bumper of my truck. Nothing was mentioned upon return, but clearly backed into something.

Whats not to love. Hop skip and a jump across the street from TD Garden. Amazing food on every corner. North End pastries and pizza like 5 blocks away... Staff was brilliant, great hotel bar, fantastic spot, views were amazing. I had three kids in tow and they made the experience totally stress free.

Unfortunately we will definitely not be staying here again. The hotel was clean, the staff was great, and the location was convenient but the room/facility had some major issues in our opinion. The walls were paper thin (we could easily hear our neighbor speaking at a normal volume), there was only cable TV and most of the channels did not work (bad reception or something), the fan in the bathroom did not work, the room was very warm and we were unable to turn on the AC, and the bed was uncomfortable (there was an indentation from where previous people had slept and worn away the mattress).

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Boston!
Great place to stay when going to the TD Garden for an event! It’s literally a 2 minute walk to TD Garden and about a 12 minute walk to the North End. Great service, they offer valet parking, the room was a good size, and great amenities! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston!

We had tickets to a Bruins game, it was so convenient that it was right across from the Garden. It’s was pretty quiet all things considering. The only issue we had was there was a ton of construction on our way to the hotel, that’s Boston for you, but the hotel alone was awesome.
