Close to TD Garden and local eateries/pubs

Posted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: Location to Garden
Cons: Bath towels! Lighting in the rooms
Location: figure it out for yourself- duh!
Easy check in, receptionist was nice, courteous, helpful. Valet parking was there to take the car for us- very nice and friendly- takes about 20 mins for them to retrieve your vehicle, so if you are in a hurry, better plan ahead. too bad there isn't parking close by- cost me 39.00 plus tip Room was nice, but had terrible lighting- must be the LED lighting- it really was poor- hard to do make up, pillows were awesome! Bath towels were the size of hand towels- did something go wrong here? didn't notice til I got out of shower- a little too late to call for housekeeping! Breakfast was nice in AM- not much room to prep your coffee- the plates and silverware were in the corner and hard to get to with people getting their food- a better flow could be incorporated. Hotel entry doors closed fast so had to be careful going through them with hands/arms full

Great Location

Posted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: Great, friendly desk service; coffee and iced water available in the lobby
Cons: If the doormen are not going to open the door for guests, they should AS LEAST get out of the way so guests can get by!
Location: This hotel is across the street from TD Gardens. There are several restaurants/bars close by. Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market are close, too.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Boston and our hotel was a good part of that. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast items available. Our room was nicely appointed and clean. The hotel is convenient to TD Garden, the subway, and the trolley/bus tour line pickup points.

Service exemplaire!

Posted Nov 27, 2014

Easy to get there

Posted Nov 23, 2014
This was easy to get to and self parked just around the corner. Would like a more noticeable sign on front of building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with many options, area clean but small. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was just right. The T was just around the next corner. Will use this hotel for future stays.

Nice hotel

Posted Nov 23, 2014
This hotel is a great neighborhood. The TD Garden is across the street, which has events but is one of the main train stations. The hotel staff were helpful when I needed to know where to locate places or events.

Nice on north end

Posted Nov 5, 2014
Friendly staff. Rooms are a little small but clean. Elevators very slow and printer wasn't working. Other than that we enjoyed the breakfast very much and the location. Close to subway and walking distance to most areas.

Noisy second floor

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: good location for getting to and back from Boston attraction
Cons: Help find safe and warm place for homeless people to stay so people can enjoy even more their stay at hotel
Location: TD Garden across the street great and walking distance to most all other Boston attraction
We where on second floor noise coming from ground sidewalk a lot of homeless people arguing and sleeping in store doorways on this street under hotel traffic is very busy next time would ask for room on the inside part of hotel
