Pros: the upgrade to our room. staff pleasant
Location: its perfect over all.. its ideal for us because our two boys are actually 1/2 a block to one block of hotel..
upon arrival we were greeted and informed that the hotel is under construction...front desk staff friendly and pleasant.They upgraded out room, which was fabulous.. Bed,pillow,towels very comfortable to the touch.. its going to be amazing when finished..

Having a son @ BU this is the most comfortable hotel we've stayed at / the staff as well as the accommodations are first rate. Two very good restaurants that can be accessed from the hotel is an added bonus.

学会に参加,発表のため6泊お世話になりました. 評価に示しましたように,すべての点において一週間を快適に過ごすことができました. ただ一つだけ,全館シーズンに向けてと思われる工事中だったことが残念です. ロビーすらも本来の場所ではなく,仮の形の運営となっていました. 本当の姿が見られなかったことが心残りです. もちろん次回,ボストンを訪れることがあれば,お世話になると思います. 一週間ありがとうございました.

Pros: Very good staff, proximity to the station and to East Standard restaurant, proximity to shopping and Newbury Street.
Cons: Sound proof the rooms!! Gym could definitely do with an upgrade - even the mats are a bit shabby. suppy water. Wifi ok and free but keeps cutting out.
Location: BU campus, Fenway Park, good walking city, Newbury Street - slightly dodgy 7/11 nearby - try the other grocer over the road - much nicer!
Very comfortable room, excellent staff -unfortunately the hotel entrance was more like a building site during my stay (they are expanding) which affected the experience, especially the night that the hotel's water was turned off - supposedly for maintenance from 2-4am - and not turned back on until after 6am - not great when you are ill and have an early morning meeting. ,The key reason it is not great for business was that the rooms are not at all sound proof, so I could hear coversations from the next room, and even worse a few guests 'partying' next to me on my last night until 3am! The staff could not have been kinder/nicer, but even when I asked to move due to the noise, they told me the hotel was sold out.

Pros: Location and style
Cons: Entrance is being worked on so it was a bit confusing for checking in
Location: Visited museums, great restaurants.
Staff were very accommodating, loved the nexus tablets in the room. Great view of the Citgo sign out of our window. Loved the restaurants in the hotel. Valet was easy and right on time.

It began with the hotel under construction so you have to walked down the block in the cold. They gave up our room (we arrived at 6:30) telling us if we would have booked directly with them we could have had the room we booked. After I explain I wanted a king bed they put us in a junior suite which had broken drapes and a hole in the shower ceiling. Doorman was great!
