The hotel is well appointed and very comfortable.

I typically judge a room by how well I sleep. In the case of the Marlow I slept like a baby. It is a bit farther from Harvard Square than I anticipated but not inconvenient. The bar and restaurant were also great.

Better than a downtown hotel

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Great staff. Location free of downtown noise, but easily accessible to any part of Boston. Mall next door for shopping and fast food if you wish.
Location: Boston is a history buff's paradise. Learn a lot about early American history in an easy 3-mile walk on the Freedom Trail. Great food in North End.
I asked a guy at Logan Airport where the shuttle buses were and he suggested I consider a cab. The shuttle was $22.00 and he thought a cab would be about $25.00. I decided I would try the cab to avoid stopping at 4 or 5 downtown hotels before getting to Marlowe. The cab was $27.00 including a tip. That was the beginning of how convenient this hotel is, even thought it is in Cambridge rather than Boston. If you like uncertainty and being crowded into subway cars with people who don't smell exactly "fresh", then save a few bucks and take the subway. Otherwise, walk (everything is close in Boston) or take a cab. The hotel itself is great. Everything you expect from a Kimpton hotel: super staff; kayaks and bicycles for exercise and exploring; location next to a major mall; and, no downtown noise.

This review is all the reasons why staying in Cambridge provides you the best of both worlds...so close to Boston, without all the hassle! And we have vikes and kayaks to explore the city! Joe Capalbo, General Manager

Staff was awesome

Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Alexandra, the front office manager was excellent. She was there at 3:45 AM when we arrived with a big smile and supported us throughout our stay.
Cons: Rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave.
Location: Charles River within walking distance. Awesome views of the city.
First trip to Boston. Great location. Once I got my room with a view, it was great. Close to Charles River and jogging trails.

So convenient!

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: location
We loved that the parking garage, hotel and mall are all connected and that parking in the garage is very reasonably priced. Close enough to the T, so public transportation was pretty convenient. However, we weren't totally comfortable walking in the neighborhood from the T to the hotel in the late night hours after the baseball game, probably should have taken a cab back to the hotel instead of the T. Overall, nice hotel and staff was very pleasant.

街の中心部にも近い落ち着いた雰囲気のホテル

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: 交通アクセスの良さと環境雰囲気。
Cons:

Poor food, quite informal staff

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: supervision of room service
Location: mall, museums,
do NOT order room services, Iwas expecting, based on the hotel category a good breakfast. Bread was old, fruit not fresh, french toast not appealing at all. when I made the observation, they provide excuses, but from my point of view unacceptable.
