“Helped us immensely”

Our car battery was dead when we went to leave at 6:00 in the morning. The bell captain helped us get a jump. He was wonderful

“I'll be back”

For my needs, this hotel was a good choice. It fully met my expectations, was in a convenient location, clean room and reasonable price. I arrived well before check-in time, and they were able to get me in a room right away. After taking a red-eye the night before, that was greatly appreciated.

“consider for next visit”

Overall, my experience was good; reception staffs were always cooperating; rooms were clean, room service was good. I will consider it for my next visit. The only negative point is its high rate. Hotels of this quality are available at a much cheaper price also.

“Great Location!”

Although this hotel is older, and has antiquated furnishings, it was a decently clean and comfortable place to stay. The lady at the front desk had a less-than-welcoming manner, but she did offer to switch us from the king room I had booked (the only option on Expedia) to two doubles when she saw that there were three girls in our group. The best thing, by far, about this hotel is the location. Right next door to Fenway Park, across the street from The Fen, and a few minute's walk to Boston Music Conservatory (where we were going on this trip). Good restaurants in the vicinity, and a huge CVS down the block for last-minute needs.

“Good value, Good location, but not special or of any quality.”

Not far from the Conference center. Plenty of places to eat around, if you don't want to venture far. Room was clean, but decor is dated, and many bits in the bathroom that were broken or very worn (e.g. broken heat lamp and bath plug). The towels were hard. They provided Folgers Coffee, which is vile stuff. There was one tiny bottle of water, which was insufficient, so bring your own bottled water. Window was not lockable, and presented a security risk. There was two hot iron marks in the carpet.

“More than what we expected!”

Me and my sister needed a hotel for this show we were seeing at the house of blues. Turns out this hotel is 2 streets away we walked there and back whenever we needed. The check in was at 4 pm but the receptionnist let us check in at 11am which was amazing and very convenient. Check out was at noon again better than what was written in here. The toilet had trouble flushing and we had to flush 2-3 times but the shower had great pressure and hot water. The beds weren't the most confortable and clean beds i've ever seen but for a short stay it was ok and we had enough clean towels. Overall a very positive experiance and will definitely consider staying there again! We walked there from South Station too it's not that far maybe half an hour walk and we visited the city at the same time! p.s. they also offer free wi-fi internet in the rooms, you just have to ask for the password at the front desk.

“Go to a Redsox game next tiem”

The hotel shows major signs of wear and tear. The location and price were very good and the staff was friendly and professional. Not a good family hotel, but the price was consistent with the amenities.
