“An amazing experience!”

I stayed two nights at the Hyatt Harborside, to attend a family wedding held in their ballroom. I was greeted by name whenever I came through the lobby. The staff was fantastic. I live nearby, so I doubt I will be back. But I will definately recommend to anyone I know!

“Location, location, location.”

Return your rental car a day earlier, use water taxi to go in the center of the action. Walking distance from rental cars locations.

“High Quality Hotel and Convenient Location”

The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived early and they were able to provide us with a harbor side room.The Hyatt is only 2 stops away from the Boston tourist area on the T. We would be happy to stay again on our next trip to Boston. The free airport shuttle worked out perfectly!

Getting around

The Hyatt shuttle drops you at the T and you are only two stops away from the tourist area. The T was very safe and the staff were extremely helpful.

“Good Business Travel Hotel”

The hotel service and location were great. However, the staff needs to keep the Gym machines clean. For example, the Life Fitness treadmills had sweat and grease stains all over as if they have not been wiped clean in a long time. If this can be fixed, I will give the hotel 5 star.

“Will go stay there again”

The location of the hotel was excellent for airport access, being only 2-3 minutes away. The shuttle service was excellent whether it was to the "T" station or airport. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Views from the room were very good indeed and the hotel corridors were spacious and did not give me the feeling of being stuck in a tunnel. The price was very good in comparison to a competitor hotel in North Saugus. We spent a few days doing the tourist thing in Boston, and access to the "T" via the hotel's shuttle or airport shuttle-bus was first class and this added to the generak feeling of well-being. The food was outstanding and the menu offered both "budget" priced and market-priced items. We had several meals there since it was possible to do both fine dining and "cheap" snacking. The only blot on our landscape was that the hotel wanted $12.95 for internet service, which we felt was inappropriate for a hotel of this calibre. On our next visit to Boston, this is where we will stay.

Area recommendations

This is not really a long holiday destination, but areas like the Quincy market and the campuses of MIT and Harvard are a definate "must" for any tourist.
