One night stay at the Hyatt on Boston, MAPosted Mar 15, 2014
Pros: the generous size of the room.
Cons: the open door to the bathroom interfered with the shower
Location: The central location of this hotel was convenient to tour the entire city. It is very close to mass transit.
I booked this room 2 nights before staying. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the quality of the room was first rate. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room to move around. The hotels was wonderfully quiet.

Wish we could have stayed longer!Posted Mar 13, 2014
The hotel was beautiful and well kept. Upon arriving, we were upgraded to a suite which was huge and gorgeous! The valet was very accommodating. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Just wish we were staying more than one night!!

The location of the hotel was phenomenal. Loved itPosted Mar 11, 2014
Cons: Having to switch elevators while my feet were hurting from walking all over the city was a little painful but otherwise it was perfect.
Location: The hotel was centrally located. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance, even the sightseeing tour bus pick up and drop off.
Every staff person I met was nice and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and centrally located for my needs. My room was awesome! I slept like a baby on the soft but firm bed. Although the hotel was completely booked and I was given a room that was handicapped accessible the space was wonderful and the shower was very comfortable. There was always a cab waiting at the hotel entrance prepared to take me wherever I needed to go. When having to leave the hotel at 5 AM to catch a flight, I simply walked out the door without having to make any calls and there was a cab ready and waiting. The hotel restaurant was amazing as well. The restaurant staff was polite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Good Hotel in the heart of Downtown BostonPosted Mar 10, 2014
Cons: Housekeeping, Free Wireless, Parking
Location: In the downtown core; good food and walking distance from many great sites.
The staff and location were very good. The lack of Hotel parking was quite expensive and the housekeeping service was spotty. Also, I thought it was a bit unusual to have to buy in room wireless service (specifically in such a nice hotel). Generally a good hotel, but could use some improvements on operations.

Nice hotelPosted Mar 9, 2014
Big room, clean, nice swimming pool. Very business focused, but also perfect for an overnight stay as tourist in the middle of the city centre.

Great Hotel in the heart of Boston!Posted Mar 9, 2014
Pros: Friendly Personnel, Nice Clean Room, Great Location
Cons: Free Wifi? Just a personal thought, but I think all hotels should offer free wifi. Not a huge deal though
Location: Great Location in the heart of everything. From Boston Common one way to Faneuil Hall the other way. All within comfortable walking distance.
The staff working at this hotel were incredibly nice, welcoming and professional. From the concierge, to the check in, everyone was great. We stayed there while we were going to the Orpheum Theater for a concert. The walk to the theater was quick and easy. We had free parking at the hotel through expedia which was a nice money saver. The overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend and choose the Hyatt again!

Outdated and Cramped.Posted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: The furniture and tv were nice.
Cons: New decor, brighter colors.
Location: Close to restaurants and the Boston Opera House which was very convenient.
The room was somewhat outdated and small. The furniture was nice, but the room seemed cramped. Being on the 20th floor was nice it you focused on the horizon. Otherwise, the view comprised of tops of buildings, ac's, parking lots, etc. The pool and workout room were inconveniently located, and we had to climb three flights of stairs to locate it.

Good value- Close to Boston OperaPosted Mar 3, 2014
Very reasonable Hyatt only steps away from the Boston Ballet performance at the Boston Opera. Exceptionally clean hotel with excellent, attentive service. We ate each morning at the Breakfast Buffet which was fresh, extensive choices & served as breakfast & lunch for our group. Will definitely stay again.

Luxury in the heart of BostonPosted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: Location Rooms Friendly Staff Quality of the food
Cons: Some of the sign-age to get into the hotel from the car park, there are several sets of elevators so it can be a little confusing
Location: It's a couple of blocks from Boston Common so close enough to walk to most places including the Trolley Tour stop.
No need to use the car in Boston, every thing is within walking distance so it can stay in the adjacent car park. Remember to factor in the cost of parking. This really is a super hotel to stay in within easy reach of Boston common and all the historic sites. Rooms are good size with very comfortable beds and it's very peaceful. The staff are welcoming and friendly. If you're heading out for a day's site seeing try the all you can eat buffet breakfast.

Fairly disappointingPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: The staff at the hotel restaurant were wonderful and the food was good.
The first room they gave us smelled like permanent smokers lived there. When we complained and asked for a new room, they put us by the elevator so we got to listen to it grind up and down.
