"Great hotel within walking distance from TD Garden"
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. We are planning a weekend trip to Boston and will definitely stay at the Millennium again. This time, we're bringing our son.

"Nice hotel right in the heart of the city."
I came to Boston to see a show at the TD Garden. Although Boston Park Plaza is several blocks away. The T station is right across the street and really convenient. The hotel is under a lot of construction but it is still ok and will be beautiful when it's done.

"Blizzard left me stranded"
I got stranded in cambridge on the night of a blizzard. I also had to work the next morning, and being an essential personele, I needed to make sure I would make it back into work. The Hyatt was perfect. Rate was very reasonable, parking a little pricey at $38 but at the time it was well worth it. The room was comfortable and had all the toiletries I didn't have because I was planning on staying anywhere overnight. I would highly recommend this hotel.

"Very enjoyable stay"
I'm not one to write reviews, but as I work in customer service, I very much appreciate when I have a great experience. We had an extremely friendly and helpful agent at afternoon check-in; appreciated that he later recognized and greeted us. Very good dinner service, and food was delicious. Wish I was better with names and could recall, both our agent and server should be recognized for their excellent customer service. Our bartender later that night, Rene, was very friendly as well (glad I could recall one name)! Super convenient with such close proximity to T station. We would definitely stay here again.
